Somehow I thought the circle would get bigger, instead it’s getting smaller every day.
And the one thing that’s so hard for me to figure; do people really mean the things they say?
Here is what we know about the circle. No matter what, it never ends.
So how the hell can you ever break a circle? That’s the all-important question my friend.
Have we stopped to think about the consequences? Given thought to where it might all end?
Or is winning the only thing that really matters? We need time to let broken hearts mend.

We need time to clean the water and the air now.
Still a lot of fences left to mend.
We need time to repair the broken bridges.
We need time, and it’s time to take a stand.

If you truly split a circle in the middle, you’ll have two semi-circles every time.
But soon enough you’ll end up with two circles, neither one can ever see the other’s side.
That’s why, I think, we need some time for healing, to learn the art of compromise.
We need some time to stop and smell the roses. Up above the clouds are sunny skies.

We need time to clean the water and the air now.
Still a lot of fences left to mend.
We need time to repair the broken bridges.

We need lessons in civility & patience. Open conversations on our knees.
And we all need to stop thinking with our wallets.

I apologise for the repeats but I feel some of my tunes went to production too soon and I needed to work on them so much more.  So here I am rewriting and restructuring many as some are too long and others need the vocal line redone.  I will be uploading these unplugged versions onto YouTube as I do not perform (autism) so this is as close to playing live as I will get. My timing is all over the place as I cannot do maths and my dyspraxia means my motor skills are rubbish and my guitar playing limited. Thank you for your support.
