On June 20, 2025, deep in the river-carved hollows of Long Creek, SC, Scott Low & The Southern Bouillon tore through a raucous, full-band set for a wild crew of Wild Water raft guides, turning a muddy patch of woods into a Southern-fried revival. With slide guitar dripping soul, harmonies rough-edged and raw, and a rhythm section that hit like whitewater, the band matched the energy of a crowd fresh off the rapids—dancing barefoot, hoisting beers, and howling choruses into the night. But don’t let the size fool you—this room was filled with energy, emotion, and sound that ran deep.

This bootleg-style live session was recorded straight from the floor—no studio polish, no overdubs, just honest music. Fisher’s upright bass laid down warm, resonant grooves while I poured heart and grit into every lyric and riff. Together, we created a soulful atmosphere that felt more like a late-night living room jam than a stage show.
