Late night, so I won't be verbose. This week's Disquiet junto assignment was to write something in 5/4 that doesn't sound like Take Five. I thought I'd experiment with a couple of ideas, one being a clave over 5/4 (which I guess is very much a thing), and, in the B section, a pattern that goes over the barline of 2+6+2. Threw together some ideas and came up with a very short track that hopefully grooves!
