They are both authentic recreations of the original UK mono singles and are limited to 2500 copies each . Available through independent record retailers worldwide as part of Record Store Day on April 21st.

They each contain a unique limited edition picture postcard.

‘Itchycoo Park’/’I’m only Dreaming’ CHARLY 102S

The band’s second single for Immediate from August 1967 is an irresistible reminder of the Summer of Love. As a contemporary review noted, ‘This is a complete gas, lyrics, sound, feeling and all’.

‘Tin Soldier’/’I Feel Much Better’ CHARLY 103S

The band’s third single for Immediate from December 1967 is an aching love letter from Steve Marriott to his wife-to-be. An early and rarely matched example of the fusion of rock and soul.

The last five years have seen a massive programme of tape recovery and upgrading with the full co-operation and endorsement of both surviving band members. Kenney Jones has given access to his personal tape archive and many of the band’s original master tapes and session multi-tracks, previously lost for over forty years, have been discovered and re-mastered. It is thus now possible to present the Small Faces’ recordings sounding better than at any time since the 1960s. The Re-Masters series also presents a host of newly discovered tracks and alternative versions, alongside original artwork, photos, rare publicity material and memorabilia with comprehensive new sleeve-notes based around band interviews.
