Here's a recreation of the set I played at Way Back When Day Party, May 2025 @ The Abercombie Hotel, Sydney. It's a tribute to the amazing trance music played over the years at Sublime @ HOME Nightclub in Cockle Bay by myself and the various international guests that graced the decks, including Armin, Ferry, Tiesto and more during the years 2001 - 2008. 

This mix is both a tribute to the songs heard in the club, and also very much a 'me' styled set, blending serious uplifting trance with percussive tech and darker tech trance, with just a hint of fluff here and there. You will hear plenty of music from the Gatecrasher era here too. This mix is the 'complete' set I'd planned to play on the night, however I ran short on time so had to cut a few tunes out. So enjoy the full set here.

For this set, I have painstakingly remastered most of the older classics with better sound and mix quality. The original AIFF files have been painstakingly enhanced to give them a better sonic profile, better bass, punch, clarity and consistent loudness. You will not have heard these classics the same way before! Additionally I have edited several of the tracks to enhance their energy. Finally, for this particular DJ mix, I have applied some sampling here and there, and done some neat little mash-ups. I really hope you enjoy it as much as I did creating it.
