Here's a tune that I wrote for the annual John Cage Musicircus at University of Richmond. The piece consisted of Matt and I slowly cycling through different chords for over an hour, while Andy live mixed/processed the whole thing.

GoldRush is a collaborative compostition by Multi-Instrumentalist and producer, DJ Harrison, and beatsmith, SoundGenesis, from Richmond, VA. This tape follows Thrash Flow's two prior sold out releases by Ohbliv and Count Bass D. As a result of this event, countless diggers furiously battled over gold, the object of desire. These '49ers were early day hustlers, simply out to get their prize with nothing to stop them. This still applies, in a world where technology helps us reach our dreams and aspirations. That is what this tape resembles: another rush to get the gold."
