The previous release from the pair was something of an underground smash, holding the top spot on Beatport's Hip Hop charts for over 150 days consecutive as well as making into the finalists for the influential Beatport Music Awards. Feeling Good looks like taking it further with 150k views on youtube already and airtime from BBC Radio 1 and 1 Xtra, Capital, Kiss and XFM in the UK. Things look set to blow up for the pair. The incredibly talented Bianca Gerald delivers the wonderfully soulful vocals.

Jungle Strikes strike again! Jimi Needles is at the wheel and, like his namesake in Back To The Future, he's revving up the sample engine and calling us all massive chickens if we don't join him. With sounds as funky as these we'd be mad not to. "Stay" takes a big dollop of Al Green and Lord Tariq and Peter Gunz and brings them together with dusty soul mischief while "Jamrockin'" takes Tom Brown and Brigadier Jerry and splices their DNA to make D&B. Uptown funking fatness on a donut dunking scale, ever-sharp Jimi lays down another sweet session for Jungle Strikes. "No Roller" flexes a big string sample that's reminiscent of High Society era High Contrast and really opens out to its soul source on the breakdown. Total feel good vibes. "How We Chill" has a more mischievous take on soul as it works a chill bar from 93 over a sprightly neon synth funk groove and occasional amen splashes. To infinity and beyond.

http://soundcloud.com/Spinforth started his weekly* Scour for the http://soundcloud.com/Ghettofunk website back in January 2011, assisted by fellow Hong Kong Ping Ponger's Morphosis and Fat Harry. His quest was to seek out the choicest cuts from the freshest, often unheard of, producers ploughing their trade on SoundCloud. The Scour soon blossomed into a bit of a phenomenon, unearthing some of the finest producers to not yet have their tracks out in the DJ scene!

With incredible numbers of people checking out the weekly* posts, it seemed a logical next step to set up a brand new digital label, showcasing, and officially releasing, the creamiest of the crop of The Scour. Boom! http://soundcloud.com/scourrecords was born!

Expect all Scour traditions to be upheld throughout the initial releases; selection process, BPM order, making up of new words, a touch of nepotism from time to time, it's all here.
