Here's my Submission for Hans Zimmer's "Destiny's Door" contest. 
I took the theme "bleeding fingers" literally.  When you're a full-time worker and Dad, it's hard to keep up your guitar chops when you only play once every few months.  I don't have hardened finger tips anymore, so those "power slides" left some good cuts.  I played with several different ideas, but ultimately decided to leave Hans's Drums, Horns, and female singer track and re-imagine the harmonies and rhythm with just guitars.  My goal was to accent and compliment his melodies, not compete with them - so I kept it simple. Here's hoping I do well, there's some great competition on here.

This is for a commercial where I was asked to compose an epic, motivational theme.  Years ago I promised myself I'd try to stay away from the "Let it Be" chord progression or better yet, Blink 182s only progression they know (cmaj, Gmaj, Amin, Fmaj) but i succumbed for this track.

This is the intro music from a film I'm composing called "Unseen." It's about photographer and parent who who loses his sight.  This piece starts right before and up to when he sustains a head injury, then builds up to the moment when he awakes to learn he's blind.
