Swedish producer and DJ Rasmus Faber and Berlin based British vocalist David Sanderson have teamed up to produce what is set to be the sound of the summer.

Never Enough is a perfect blend of blue-eyed soul, yacht rock and disco that brings the sunshine. Over immaculate production, the guitar, piano and bass sit perfectly with David's heartfelt vocals. The break brings a touch of gospel before the chorus plays out and is left spinning. The Extended Mix strips things back to give more room to the instrumentation for a more DJ friendly version.

Longtime Paper collaborator Max Essa delivers a remix masterclass with his smooth rework, taking things a touch deeper with extra arp and pads.

The Dub Mix brings delays and EFX as individual elements are broken down and sprinkled with studio magic. The bass is locked, the pad riff casts its hypnotic spell and vocal phrases are worked in and out. One for late nights and early mornings.

San Francisco's Mr. Tea keeps them coming with another four tracks of deep house fire.

Dream Fortress is a disco house banger of the first order. Wobbly bass, messy percussion, samples and arps aim this right at the bullseye and it doesn't miss.   

Long-time collaborator Wonder adds her vocals to the sensual deep house of Soul Seeker. Pure late night sleazyness.

The Touch Remix strips back the original but keeps the early hours dirt. Samples, bass and arps hypnotise as the track weaves its magic.

Aniso Tropics returns to Paper with another kaleidoscope tinged journey into the electronic cosmos on Lubek which boast 3 cuts of interstellar proportions that perfectly continue the story as mapped out in his debut with us a little while back.

Title track Lubek thunders out of the gates with a serious chest thumper of a bass line before pairing up with spaced out synths & pads and those all important arps. A proper psychedelic techno laced banger!

Utopya snaps & cracks its way through some groovy 8708 & 909 sounds with a quirky piano ruff riding a wobbly bass which sounds like a track from The Last Ninja on the Commodore 64 (which is THE highest of accolades!). Dreamy, balearic, mystical & much more….lush.

Apricot Memorex is the perfect way to close off this party and really shows the forward thinking, unique sounds & influences of Aniso Tropics. Glitchy percussion & skippy beats that are reminiscent of Four Tet, Bonobo & even Aphex Twin (at his most mellow!) are peppered throughout this cut which somehow manages to sit somewhere in-between ‘mid trip’ & sunrise.

After soundtracking our Summer on his sun-drenched collaboration with Private Agenda, Tonarunur returns to the Paper fold with ‘Perspective’

2 cuts of solid, slamming, spaced out, electronic disco music that clearly displays the influences from his current residence in Reykjavik & previous year’s living in Madrid & Oslo…strap yourself in, it’s definitely a game of 2 halves here.

View turns throb-o-meter to 11 and hurtles out of the gate sounding like a cross between something from Vangelis’ soundtrack for Blade Runner & Cygnus X’s ‘The Orange Theme’ and thus the term ‘cinematic bangers’ is created!

Angle is a much more mellow affair and pushes the low slung switch with jazzy chords, Zapp style vocal shots & funk laced leads to create a lovely bit of Balearic that should appeal to yacht rock lovers far & wide. Pretty darn stunning.

As Frankie sang, 'and now, the end is near', which is certainly the case for our long standing Trash The Wax compilation series.

Over the years, it has released some absolute dance floor smashers by established names in the art of bangers as well as emerging music makers showcasing their fresh sounds.

Initially, we wanted to establish Trash The Wax outside of the 'kick-hat-snare stuck over a Sister Sledge sample' style edits that were dropping weekly. The result was a collection of cuts aimed at the dance floor which would also appeal to fans of electronic music. But all things come to an end, and with this 10th release, we are finishing on a high.

As expected there are disco ticklers aplenty from renowned party people such as Late Nite Tuff Guy, Ed Wizard, Bill Brewster, Pablo & Shoey, Danny Russell & Ronald Christoph and Yam Who.

Tracks such as Leon Sweet's Sunny Bigler made their way into the record boxes of the likes of Luke Unabomber, Maurice Fulton and Chris Duckenfield as well as the airwaves of 6Music. Deckard's rework of the theme from 'The Warriors' created scenes at ALFOS in Glasgow with Sean Johnston saying 'I've never seen as many shirtless middle age blokes go as mental as they did when that dropped!'

On a more twisted gutter style disco tip, there is Richard Seaborne's ' Is This Acid?' which topped the Paper best ever sellers on Beatport for months, Richard Norris's 'Glow' is textbook space disco, the low slung sludge of James Rod & Aleito's 'Raum 909' and the Speak & Spell narrated Acidisco by Andy Buchan.

There are also two brand new cuts from TTW family members Boblebad & D.S.D. plus more killer music than we can shake a disco stick at. Never has the phrase 'all hitters and no shitters' been more apt.

Dressed in the pitch black of Düsseldorf stands Wolf Müller, master of the tropical drums and se- ven time Salon Des Amateur breakdance champion. Repping Cologne and Berlin is Niklas Wandt, Germany’s funkiest drummer and a mixed musical artist as adept in experimental jazz as demen- ted Euro dance. Standing toe to toe in a no holds barred, no drum unstruck groove contest, these two titans will make you swing your pants like a Crash Bandicoot victory dance...so stretch out and step in to ‚Instrumentalmusik von der Mitte der World‘.
Taking to their task with the joyful abandon of two big kids getting creative with the Kindergar- ten music tray, Müller & Wandt marry dripping electronics, Froesean pads and rubber-limbed basslines with tribal polyrhythms, C2 claps and Indonesian shakers - and that‘s only on the A1. Mameen 3 are soFa and Cheb Runner from Brussels. Both versatile players in the rather niche scene of oriental electronic music in the European capital, they only ran into each other at the Nyege Nyege Festival in Uganda two years ago. They clicked and after a first jam session they immediately launched Mameen 3.

Cheb Runner is the young Moroccan producer previously known as Gan Gah, now focussing on giving a modern outfit to various MENA music traditions. soFa is a true digger between all crates (his Pingipung Podcast is a gem!), as well as the curator behind the highly recommended Elsewhere vinyl compilations, released on labels such as Emotional Response or Music For Dreams. Following the Mameen 3 debut singles on Bongo Joe with excellent spaced out reggae-disco hybrids, Pingipung proudly unearths the Collapse EP featuring two collabs with legendary musicians.

"Impostrazione" is a collaboration with Claudia Radulescu and Walter Hus. Radulescu is a Romanian visual artist who has written the lyrics for the song, boldly interpreted by the legendary Walter Hus on the occasion of her exhibition 'Hit' in Kanal - Centre Pompidou Brussels in 2019.
Hus gained international reputation as a pianist in the 1980s and works as an avantgarde composer today, among many projects he created an opera for the graphic novel “Lint” by Chris Ware. Walter Hus performs an effusive vocal style accompanied by his modified Decap organ which became his trademark sound in the past decade. This jam delivered the material which Mameen 3 subsequently transformed into a hypnotic oriental slow-mo banger.
