New album 'Piss In The Wind' out February 6th

Sour Straps is a band that was formed in 2016 originally under the monica "Indie Divsion" which consited of Zeke Vearing (Guitar, Bass and Vocals) and Mathew Keys aka "Mathukey" (Drums). Indie Division recorded 3 songs together which were: 'The Couch', 'The Chicken Phantom IV' and 'Lost'; The Chicken Phantom IV was also released on Sour Straps. Eventually due to differences Mathukey left and has started a solo career. Eventually after a little hiatus Zeke recruited talented drummer Ethan Vearing and bassist/keyboardist Harvey Lennon and Zeke on vocals and guitar to form Sour Straps. Sour Strap's sound changed a little from Indie Division diving more into the surf rock genre trying to compete with bands such as Hockey Dad and Skeggs whilst getting influences from bands, such as The Cure and Joy Division. Sour Straps are now writing songs for their next release.
