It's not safe to walk the dancefloor anymore... Bodies are being found with their throats slit across drum n bass venues worldwide ... Whilst the authorities are left scratching their heads and wondering what the hell is happening many a raver knows exactly what the cause is... Jack The Ripper has returned to Shiftin Beatz and he's on a rampage! 

The Rippers return to Shiftin' Beatz is as anyone familiar with his handy would expect, an uncompromising massacre heading to a dancefloor near you with two slices of dnb that will leave your throat detached from your body if you cross paths with these wave forms.
Rampage does exactly what it says on the tin as the intro provides buzz saw basslines that threaten your safety. Whilst Jack would love to take the full credit for the murdering spree about to take place as Rampage drops, he is not the only vile villain responsible for the carnage about to be unleashed as a contorted vocal courtesy of MC Kollapse will leave your body in many pieces much like one of Jacks victims. There is a sinister funk present throughout this track that lures the listener in only to be caught of guard and left with their head hanging off once the track has dropped. This is axe wielding maniac drum n bass at its most disgusting. 

Energy carries on with The Rippers trademark mis-direction as an atmospheric intro fools the listener into thinking the track could be friendly until slight snatches of a saw tooth synth cut away the illusion this track is nice. Once the drop hit there's a more minimal style on display but dont be fooled-  where Rampage hacks you apart with an axe, Energy carves you to pieces with the precision of a surgeons scalpel whilst slapping you in the face with the jump up energy you would expect from Jack The Ripper.
