This is a mix of stuff that either makes me feel like I want It All Levels Out to make people feel, or music that made an impression on me years ago and inspired it. Hopefully it provides a soundtrack for thinking, maybe while walking the dog around in the rain. Lots of instrumental stuff, so it’s blank for your own message.

Out last week on Bytes; It All Levels Out, is album no 10 from Minotaur Shock, aka the Bristolianelectronic multiinstrumentalist/producer David Edwards. The album is a hopeful meditation on getting older and Edwards’s most personal and reflective album yet.

AZIZ returns to NYMFIELD with his second EP called 'Soul'. Four smooth deep house cuts making sure you're warm during these upcoming winter months. The EP starts with the title track 'Soul'. A tune with attention to detail within its layers. This in combination with solid beats, heavy bass and soul soothing chords, makes the tune true to its name. 'Higher' is a lush deep house record which finds its inspiration more into the mid-00's era of deep house. More techy and tighter beats in combination with deep pads and lush chords. Advancing into the EP we encounter the soul uplifting 'I Wish I Knew'. A bit reminiscent of summer and its glory days, this record is filled with synths, catchy vocals & that old school groove. Rounding off the EP we have 'Can't You See'. A proper mellow deep house cut. While the EP holds his basis within the deeper sounds, AZIZ brings multiple vibes & energy levels to the table. (A/R label owner of Disposable Commodities) Portland based Justin Screendoor began DJing in 1996, cutting his teeth on the Midwest rave circuit in Chicago, Minneapolis, Madison - a veteran vinyl practitioner with a DIY sound system sensibility, and the versatility to broadcast for a range of atmospheres, venues, crowds, and moments. 
“My DJing style and sound has been honed over the last 20 years playing weekly residency slots, afterhours, loft parties, warehouses, festival stages, all types of clubs in between and dedicated bedroom sessions.  The focus for my sets is to push the limits of what the dancefloor can take – getting weird and psychedelic– perfecting an adventurous yet streamlined DJing style. I specialize in underground house and techno (Detroit, Chicago, Berlin) with dalliances into minimal, disco, breaks, and ambient.  I am a new music obsessive - avidly tracking new music releases on the daily and finding continued inspiration.  I also started the Disposable Commodities (DIS.CO) record label in 2014 and I try to put out 1 to 2 new releases a year.”
