The amazing @lsdream_music and @kayohofficial have blessed me with the opportunity to (unofficially) remix one of my FAVORITE songs of 2019, "REKT"! I'm grateful to have had a chance to do this, and I'm really very proud of how this turned out... very hard to beat the original (link below from Wakaan), but I put some real sound design to the test and did my best :)

There’s not much better than seeing a legend and one of the best up-and-comers joining forces. ‘All They Wanna Do’ gives us just that as Craze teams up with Jon Casey for an absolute banger. Craze has been a longtime fan and early supporter on Jon’s work, going back as far as supporting Jon’s collaborative project It Hz with Chee. when both artists were relative unknowns. Slow Roast Records also released Jon’s first solo EP Rockefeller, so it should come as no surprise to see him back on the label alongside Craze for ‘All They Wanna Do.’

“Me and Jon Casey giving you that future wave with ‘All They Wanna Do.’ It’s a combo of that golden era with that 20/20 flex …. Really proud of this one … This is the Slow Roast wave for 2020!!” Craze tells us about their collaborative effort. As a platform that’s rooted in hip-hop and prides itself on championing forward-thinking sounds, we couldn’t be more excited to premiere this one. The opening is cinematic with a vocal sample that sets the stage. As the track begins to build we’re met with the sample “clock dope, scoop bitches and get blunted” that drifts further into focus with each passing bar. The drop hits like a brick with some insane Ivy Lab Inspired bounce and murderous sound design. ‘All They Wanna Do’ finds itself somewhere between gold fronts and flying whips, and we’re very much about it. In light of the pandemic, I am temporarily changing my name to Healthy Numbles. I had a blast playing on the Internet Digital Meetup stream by Proper Noun Productions this July.
