Perhaps one of the most sophisticated, beautiful pieces introduced into the Mario franchise, and we've only known it for a few days.

I noticed the piece sounded a bit tropical, between the salsa piano rhythms and similarities to Kondo's Sunshine Seaside - I decided to try and emphasize that feel with this semi-cover, semi-remix, semi-arrangement...

A reimagination, maybe. Like Odyssey itself is for our favorite red-capped plumber.

This was the music over item #8, exploring the Quaggled Mireclops model and all its little details. I started creating a reggae rhythm for fun, and then mixed in bits of the Pikmin 3 boss theme like echoing dub samples. When it came time to lay down a melody on melodica, the Mission Mode/Bingo Battle menu theme was the first to come to mind! I hope you enjoy it.
