We’ve been following Pîrvu’s path over the last couple of years. A journey made of harsh drums sounds, analog atmospheres, and deep pulsating bass tones, sounds that have been resonating in many clubs for the whole of Europe, making him one of the most promising future stars. Never afraid to relying on simple but effective 909 rhythmic patterns, the Bucharest talent always provides enchanting blissful synths and pads, often time in contrast with the raw sound that characterized the Romanian sound. After a stellar 2020, which saw him releasing on top-notch labels such as DeWalta’s “Meander” and Clovis’ “Understory” – not to mention his project The Apricots alongside Alexandra – we’re extremely happy to welcome Pîrvu on our podcast series for almost 2 hours of pure ear-pleasure vibes.

Andrea Cichecki is an artist inspired by sound and specialised in the field of electronic music. Based in Germany but Dutch with Polish roots, Andrea has been honing her skills intensely during the last few years in order to flourish her creativity. Throughout her life, Andrea has always been fascinated by emotions, human connection and their correlation with music and sound.

Her atmospheric music can be described as a dreamful sound collage, to flow away and to feel emotional. The musical intent is built on a landscape that can go from intense joy to melancholic emotions, a cinematic journey about life and memories. Her main inspiration is finding inner peace by connecting with nature.

For over two decades, Andrea performed as a DJ across Europe. For 7 years, she lived in Berlin where she was deeply involved in the electronic music scene and a regular DJ in renowned clubs such as Club der Visionaere, Hoppetosse, Tresor and About Blank. Having had several releases under her belt, it was time to fulfil her dreams. Andrea decided to study ‘Music Production & Sound Engineering’ at the Abbey Roads Institute and earned her diploma. 
This helped her to enrich her sound, expand her creative mind and further her professionalism.

Now she is in full demand of composing, producing, mixing, mastering as well as working at Castle Studios in the countryside of Röhrsdorf, just outside Dresden.

Born in the Netherlands with Polish roots, Andrea has had a lifelong fascination with emotion, human connection and how these intertwine with music and sound. The musical intent is built on a landscape that sweeps from intense joy to melancholic emotion, a cinematic journey of life and memories. For seven years, she lived in Berlin where she was integral to the electronic music scene and a regular DJ playing in renowned clubs such as Club der Visionaere, Hoppetosse, Tresor and About Blank. After successful releases of her own music, she knew it was time to follow her dreams. Achieving a diploma for her studies in ‘Music Production & Sound Engineering’ at the Abbey Road Institute helped her enrich her sound, expand her creative mind and build on her professionalism.  These days Andrea is in high demand as a music producer and audio engineer: composing, mixing, mastering as well as working at Castle Studios in the countryside, just outside Dresden.
