Hailing from Jersey City, NJ, Julius Vargas, better known as DJ Hood, is redefining the club experience with a fusion of Jersey Club and Dubstep. Blending the infectious bounce of Jersey Club with the heavy-hitting energy of Dubstep, DJ Hood is breaking boundaries in the club scene.

Known for high-octane sets that seamlessly flip between rapid-fire kick patterns and earth-shaking bass drops, he delivers a unique sound that keeps dance floors moving and mosh pits raging. With deep roots in the underground club movement, DJ Hood has built a reputation for explosive performances, viral edits, and genre-bending production. Whether flipping a classic with a Jersey twist or crafting a bass-fueled anthem, his sound bridges the gap between two worlds—creating an electrifying vibe that’s impossible to ignore.

From packed club nights to festival stages, DJ Hood is pushing the future of club music forward.

VoodooVibe uses all sorts of roughly chaotic sounds, from skipping discs, to hardware crashes in the middle note, to various bugs that give unexpected sounds to previously arranged songs. It is the legacy of Funk, R&B, Breakbeat and HipHop, senselessly re-interpreted in a glitchy key and placed in the framework of electronic music.

DJ & Producer from central Poland, concretely form the capital of Drum’n’bass & "Parada Wolności" , city Łódź.

Adventure with electronic music began from hearing disc Baby D - Deliverance.

From this moment his life turned to Old School & Drum’n’bass culture, where his firs steps placed as Dj in Technical Obsesion Crew in 2011.

Since 2009 producer, where he tried his forces in Drum` n` bass production, but inspired by Baby D, Prodigy, Slipmatt & Luna C started to create Hardcore Breaks, Old School & Rave Breaks.

His tracks are publishing by Hardcore Lives Records & Paranoid Records and many of compositions will see the light of day in other labels any day.

DJ and Producer Dubra has been shaking dancefloors and causing bass-induced mayhem since 2006. What started as a passion for beats soon turned into an obsession, leading him to craft a unique sound that blends Drum & Bass, Hip-Hop, and pure groove.

As 1/3 of the collective "KRATA" since 2022, Dubra and his crew have been making sure Latvia stays well-fed on Drum & Bass-infused Hip-Hop. Their work even landed them a Zelta Mikrofons nomination for the album Krata—proof that basslines and bars can go hand in hand.

But let’s rewind a bit: in 2016, Dubra joined forces with Arteo and got signed to Disco Cakes and Bomb Strikes, getting love from Featurecast, Stickybuds, Krafty Kuts, and other groove merchants.

2020 brought a Drum and Bass explosion with his EP Light on Westwood Recordings, plus the Krafty Kuts collab Step To This on Bomb Strikes. Then in 2021, they went full circle by remixing none other than hip-hop icon Chali 2na from Jurassic 5.

Fast forward to 2024, and Dubra dropped another banging EP, Stay—because he just won’t leave the scene alone.

And in 2025, the industry took notice (again), nominating him for the GAMMA Music Awards. Turns out, making bangers does get you places.

When he's not tearing up clubs, Dubra is shaping the next generation of DJs as co-founder and teacher at “Rīgas DJ skola”, because someone has to make sure the future sounds good.
