OS Premiere: Pluralist - Vases [Pressure Dome]

The thin winding streets were adorned with all manner of trinkets, gadgets and souvenirs; you could get everything you needed from these stalls, if you were willing to look hard enough. Without a plan of action, you're guaranteed to get lost, to come away with things you never needed, to spend money you didn't intend to. Haggling was the name of the game, and once mastered, this place could become your oyster.

After the success of their inaugural release from Breaka, Manchester-based platform Off Beat follow up with their sophomore release from one third of the brains behind the label, Rhyval. With nods to early Hessle Audio and Swap 81-backed Ramadanman records, percussion and bass play a central role across the three tracks, which is translated through warped subs, crisp snares and rumbling bass.

Mani Festo steps up for the first vinyl release on the Club Glow imprint following a series of cassette tapes exploring all corners of rave music. ‘All Night’ is filled with Mani Festo’s dynamic influences from trip-hop, dubstep, and garage with ‘Trackside’ a moody FWD style roller and a subtle nod to a miss-spent youth sneaking out and painting graffiti. 

Also on the EP are a couple of tracks which were elusive dubplates until now including ‘All Night’ and ‘Cheatin’. These records were staples in sets from the likes of Loefah, Orson, Youngsta, and Chunky. 

Club Glow is a collective of Borai, Denham Audio, Major and Mani Festo which launched in 2018 with a collaborative release from Denham Audio and Borai - ‘Club Glow Vol. 1’ and featured hits such as 'Make Me' and '6AM (How Do U Feel)'.

English artist @syzuk is back on Pressure Dome @pressuredome with his new track "Lung Drums" as part of their new compilation, a ten-track collection of "emotionally depth-charged explorations of movement and mode". 

Dubbed-out atmospherics, futuristic UK Techno, IDM tinged jungle and 2-step rhythms take us through a world of playful hybridity and fluid frequencies. 

All proceeds from PDCOMP002 will be split between Black Minds Matter UK, The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust and Caring in Bristol.

We're incredibly happy to present 'Still Running' by Manchester-based Mercy System. ‘Still Running’ is an ode to UK Dubstep and heavily features archetypal sounds used in seminal tracks of that era. This is intertwined through his use of sampling in the title track, as a reference to the UK Dubstep aesthetic that’s still running through much of UK Techno to this day. 

Four tracks destined to shake the bass-bins as soon as possible.

Break-ing into 2021 from Sweden via Manchester JERK002 comes from Bars of Beats co-owner Oblique with 4 tracks of Break influenced Techno.

As Another Entity opens up with menacing intent and slamming drums beckoning the end of rave as we know it, before A2 sends us falling down Futility Flight’s ‘Fuck Th’ twisted wormhole.
On the flip we have Mania, a break infused high tension builder, giving way to an all-consuming bassline and closing things off with Faulty, a sub bass lead heady groove that’s threatening to implode.
