Its a Mixture of my last years spending time making music. listening music, and just trying to connect my inner artist and child. As a producer im only scratchin the surface with my FL Studio with some ammount of vst:s and samples, i am playing thru sounds that just comes from my inner me. This set is all about my inspirational artists who i look up and hope to be as good as producer, dj, etc.. I hope nobody is offended and Pls enjoy the music and life in general <3

Grouch + Tom Cosm - Switch Arms (Grouch's Version)

This EP is made out of several tracks that were not part of Penta's "Give Me Five!" album for different reasons, mostly because they simply didn't fit into one CD. Florentin track was written in Tel-Aviv's neighborhood with the same name and has 90's psychedelic vibe to it. "Home Alone" was written on one stormy Azores night while Nikita Tselovalnikov was well... home alone. And finally, Bahia Twitter is featuring bird sounds from Universo Paralello festival forest in Brazilian state of Bahia. Nikita has recorded those these sounds on the last night of the party, when the music stopped. This track is featuring an unconventional bass for Penta, spanning three sixteenth notes creating long and powerful low-frequency groove.

After five artist albums and countless releases on compilations, Penta's EP, "Numbers" comes at the beginning of the 10th year of Penta as the psy trance project. These two tracks are mathematical in nature with the first one - "Binary" bringing Nikita Tselovalnikov back to his melodic style of early years and the second one "Random Number (Live Mix)" exploring the possibility of making music on the fly, with the help of Ableton Live. That track, which maybe not as polished as other Penta's tracks, transmits a sense of spontaneity, otherwise unachievable with traditional linear methods of producing music. Both tracks are suitable for the hottest time of a party.
