We had an opportunity to interview Indigo Beck & Noer the Boy - which you can check out below.

Interview Snippet: 

phuture: Individually, if your sound was a sustenance what would that be? What type of sustenance would your sounds be together as one?

Indigo Beck: Probably gloop. Actually yeah most definitely gloop. I don't know what gloop is but it sounds like something my music would be defined as on Urban Dictionary. Together our sound is like sweet and sour chicken. I'm bad at this kinda stuff.

Noer the Boy: Probably something like a habanero - something you can distinctly tell is in a dish or simply in your moth. My music (like spicy chili peppers!) might startle you the first time and take some getting used to…but once you’re down with the spice you’ll be craving more.

phuture: Your sound is becoming even more organic alongside textures that we hear in no other music. Any clues as to how?

Pacific Patterns : Field recordings, automating delay and reverb. Stretching and warping samples and re sampling them. Making custom wave tables in serum, re-sampling them, then put it back into serum.

Little sample based ( <3 Billie Holiday <3 ) hip hop beat I made like 3 or 4 years ago. Havent had it uploaded on soundcloud for a long time so I figured it would be a nice thing to do. A little repetitive, but it's definitely one of those loops I could listen to for days on end and never get tired of it. I've gotten more positive feedback on this beat than most things I've ever done, I like to play it at the very end of a late night close out set right as the lights are turning on to put everybody in an nice mood. Cheers
