A: Yes, just please credit the AU as appropriate.

Q: Is this project a Swapped version of Dusttale: Last Genocide/Dusttale: Murderer's Last ACT/Dusttale: RESET's End, or a Dusted version of Underswap: Last Justice/Underswap: Terminative Confrontation?
A: No, it's meant to be its own stand-alone AU that has no relation to any of those AU's other than it being related to Underswap, Dusttale, and Last Breath.

Q: Can I credit this project as DustSwap: Eradicational Confrontation?
A: No, it is not DustSwap, as that is not my interpretation of Underswap Papyrus going through Dusttale events.
