It is an incredibly complex track below the surface as I wanted to make something as original as possible that would sound great in 100 years too. Nearly two years have passed since "88:88"'s VHS release, but fans have been asking for something... more grand. Telefuture is beyond ecstatic to add this album as our first vinyl release to our catalog, with many more to hopefully come in the future.

This vinyl re-issue includes additional artwork from Caspar Newbolt / Version Industries, and re-mastered audio by Gabe Liberti who has worked with artists including Anamanaguchi and Infinity Shred. Also included is a 11" 17" poster / insert.

Neon Drive

This song was originally composed by Janne (Skiessi) as a Demo Song for LMMS released under Creative Commons Licence (download: https://lmms.io/lsp/?action=show&file=472). It was a 30second-Endless-Loop and I liked it's sound and melody.

As I'm currently try to get into the mastering and mixing process, I decided to make a full length song out of it. Added a non-C64-bass (VSTi: Phat Bass by DVS), changed some effects and then rearranged everything, which was some work of its own. And finally I tried to master it somehow that it sounds good using a diversity of devices (smartphone, normal headphones, studio headphones, in my car).

Well, I'm quite sadisfied with the result, even thought the main work still was the sound design and composing those 30seconds it all started with...
