The Sea Cadets are a Kings Lynn band, Norfolk’s premier post-punk Ballroom and Latin outfit.

During the 80’s, Rob was a founding member of Atomic Kitten whilst Gary is best known for his appearances in Sabrina the Teenage Witch before landing the lead in Hamilton on Broadway.
