Martha Colburn is an animator and artist. Her band the Dramatics was one of her many musical escapades with Jason Willett. They released six records with 5000 hand made record covers by Martha.

Raised in rural Pennsylvania, USA, Martha Colburn is an artist and animator. Her films have screened in the Venice Biennelle, The Stedelijk Museum, Art Basel, Sundance Film Festival and Cannes Film Festival. She has made music videos/ films for bands such as Deerhoof, Felix Kubin and many more. In 2010 her films were included in the collection of the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. In 2013 her film Metamorfoza was commissioned by and performed by the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. She is a 2015 recipient of the Creative Capital Award for her film and performance project 'Western Wild'.
