Foolhardy is the new single from Brighton duo Seadog and the title track of their new EP released on 22.10.21 via Austerity Records on digital and limited edition blue sparkle cassette. The EP compiles recordings made throughout the lockdowns of 2020-21 and features early versions of new songs that will appear on Seadog's forthcoming album Internal Noise. Also featured is a remix by Champion Fever.

Recorded at Bella Union Studios, Brighton, the title track is a cavalcade of wonky electronics and euphoric guitars featuring Jack and Lily Wolter from Penelope Isles – Jack on drums, additional guitar and production while Lily provides backing vocals.

The true story of when my friend Brad (Joey Ramone look alike ) and myself headed downtown in a drunken haze hoping to hear the Ramones soundcheck from outside the Commodore ballroom. As we headed behind the club up the alley walks Dee Dee Ramone in full leather jacket regalia. I made a drunken b-line to him and picked him up off his feet high in the air in a full bear hug. I could hear Dee Dee laughing as I held him up in the air when I heard "HEY" as his body guard closed in on me. I put Dee Dee down carefully and before my certain impending death by bodyguard Dee Dee says "he's my friend!"Leave him alone"and smiled at me before walking away. Thanks for saving me Dee Dee! This songs for you!
