A thriving media organization at the forefront of digital innovation, NPR creates and distributes award-winning news, information, and music programming to a network of 975 independent stations. Through them, NPR programming reaches 26 million listeners every week.

If you are a fan of the dynamic duo collaborations of Green™ and NujurseyDrive (“Jurs”), then you will definitely want to add the sounds of Neu Republic to your music library. Neu Republic stands for “Not everyone understands”.     

Founded in October 2011 to form the sound of Neu Republic, Mista Green and NujurseyDrive joined forces to create a project intended to change the state of the music industry, particularly in the DMV. It was a well thought out combination of NujurseyDrive underground rap style and Mista Green’s top 40 influences. Unique to the industry, Neu Republic creates a top 40 sound married with classic hip hop that fans crave. They are not afraid to stand apart from the crowd and explore other genres, such as, R&B, Pop and Rock. 

With the talents of Mista Green and NujurseyDrive behind the force of Neu Republic, they are their own entities able to rap, produce, record, mix and master their own music. The master-minds of Mista Green and NujurseyDrive are not afraid to think outside of the box to give their fans an exclusive sound. They handle many of the responsibilities that record labels would otherwise assume the role of. 

Neu Republic has teamed up with local elite artists, such as, Phil Ade to create the single, “Apollo 13”, and “I Really Do It” with artist Black Cobain. To add to their resume, Neu Republic has also had the opportunity to work with K. Wilks, Ty Rowe, KVR, Stewart Nilsen, TL Brown, Alex Malviaz, David Martin, Soup’s Uncle and Kareem Glover. They have also filmed many thought-provoking music videos and compilations, to include, “Loveaholic” featuring K. Wilkes (June 2012), “Rain Dance” (January 2013) and “Apollo 13” (June 2013). 

What lies ahead for Neu Republic? One can soon find Neu Republic showcasing their talent internationally. With artists in the UK, they are looking to take their music across the seas and tour in Germany, Ireland, and the UK. Neu Republic’s future plans stretch beyond the group; Nujursey Drive & Mista Green have solo project due to premier later in 2013.  

NujurseyDrive is currently producing a future project for a NYC artist Kareem Ali. Ali can be found featured on the Neu Republic Compilation Album as a rapper and trumpet player. Mista Green is in the studio mastering his mixtape and solo album that will release after the Neu Republic Compilation Album in 2013.

Meadow Quartet came into being in 2009 in Gdańsk (Poland). The band tries to create the space, which can be diffused by influences of modern chamber music, jazz, film music and the most fundamental medium – traditional Jewish music. Meadow Quartet, at last, is an exciting challenge: following a path, which defies simple stylistic classification.

Finally, Meadow Quartet denotes four outstanding musician – four instrumentalists, each inspired by one of the above type of music, but altogether Meadow Quartet is four, synergizing in musical performance, personalities.
