As Sonic runs through the landscape, he comes across the Never Lake. Having fond memories of his adventures on the Miracle Planet, he runs through the fields hoping to relive the great journey he once had, but to his surprise, suddenly the Miracle Planet popped into existence! This would be normal, but the proper time for the planet to arrive had not yet come. And much to Sonic's surprise the planet had become much bigger! What could this mean, then out of nowhere the planet sucks Sonic into a strange portal along with it. When Sonic wakes, he discovers he's on the Miracle Planet, but what's more is that he appears to be in the Miracle Planet's galaxy! In the distance Sonic can see a black hole, slowly sucking the planet in. The only explanation is that someone has been tampering with the flow of time, and if Sonic doesn't hurry, Miracle Planet might just fade away, and him along with it! A giant ship in he sky catches Sonic's eye, as he decides to find a way to get to it, in the hopes that his problems will be solved. What can Sonic do to save the planet and who's behind all of this? The answer might just shock you. Hurry Sonic, thought time may be at your side, will it be enough to save you?

Basically I saw all these uploads of 'NvsC' stuff. And I thought I'd make one and see what they think. What I failed to note though, is that all the songs were meant to be original, with perhaps some inkling of referances, such as Megaman's theme including the title music a bit. Either way, I was still with this... so I figured, eh, upload it as such. It's not the original that they wanted, but I'll still have it for my own little ditty.

Speaking of which, I attempted to fix the bass being too loud.

An old track from 2011 I made based on some chords MarkeyJester had written for a song in one of his many homebrew projects over the years. I still really enjoy how this turned out.

Somebody pointed out that the guitar solo near the end kind of sounds like Tidal Tempest Good Future from the US Sonic CD soundtrack. I never realized this initially, so my bad for the unintentional ripoff. :P

If I recall correctly this is mine and Jredd's first ever remix collaboration. Created with VGM Music Maker, this is a remix of Casino Night Zone's 2 player music from Sonic 2.

Casino Funk Zone (Groove & Jredd's 2 Player Co-Op Remix)

The great Crystal Crag. A mountain region said to touch the clouds. It also holds a cave within that contains sparkling jewels and diamonds. Robotnik has turned it into a dangerous mountain base complete with traps and robots running around. However it seems he hasn't discovered the caves below. Something tells me you'll want to head into the past. Many of your questions may be answered.

Crystal Crag Zone [Present]

Inspired by the scrapped R2 level. An ancient city set near the mountains that is said to be a secret experiment by the inhabitants of the Mircale Planet. A Land that was able to sustain biological life, in conjunction with the planet's artificial life. The conclusion was a sacred palace filled with everlasting energy and peace. Waterfalls mads of rainbows, stones made of a strange glittery material, and plant life the likes of which you've never seen. it was considered a sanctuary for all inhabitants of the planet, and was once the resting place of the time stones...however. Robotnik has placed tubes and machines all over the place, hoping to suck this energy out, and use the power for his own purposes. Can hope be restored to this place of beauty?

Miracle Maze Zone [Present]

The big city. The place where all the latest and greatest technology comes together, where the buildings pierce the clouds, where the freeways are filled with twist and loops, and nearly every building has a neon sign. This is the Transit Twist. Strangely enough though Robotnik's forces are here, they seem to have done very little to no damage to the landscape. Instead they're building some grotesque golden statue of him. That's a crime in more ways than one, hurry and stop him!

Transit Twist Zone [Present]

A world of flying birds, and floating fish, set in the clouds.

Bonus Stage

The sun gleaming down onto the planet, reveals the luscious green foliage and sparkling blue waters, bringing Sonic to a serene and almost dreamlike state, but he awakes and remembers the task at hand. As he rushes past the palm trees and the wild plants, he comes across many traps and strange poles and statues with odd faces on them. The soil shares a strange mosaic of shapes that bring the island together.

Empyrean Emerald Zone [Present]

A factory set near the setting sun. This place used to be used as a water purifier, transporting water to and from location to location. Though as time went on, the supply of clean water was outweighed by the amount of waste and pollution. So the factory was converted into a waste disposal factory, taking the waste and trying to do something healthy with it. However Robotnik wants to steal of the waste and toxins and pour them over cities,which he will use to pollute them. Make sure not to slip on any dangerous toxins, i'm not sure what will happen.

Atomic Arena Zone [Present]

Travel back in time and witness the land as it was in the days of old. There seem to be houses and buildings in the distance, and the trees and foliage take up a lot more of the mountains surface. Inside the temples you see gems that sparkle and shine a glittery gold, and the warm seething lava from before has become a warm glowing pool of water. Legend has it, that it is here were you will find the answers to the gems known as the Time Stones.

Crystal Crag Zone [Past]

Sonic lands in a huge desert plain, The wind rushing through his spines, and the air waving about. Cacti and strange fruits had been placed here and there, and puddles of clean water were sparse. Sonic had been used to warm places, but this was a-whole-other story. The air here was so calorious that the ground seemed to light up as if it were glowing, and the plants did the same. The shapes of the rocks and mountains had been the perfect size and width for Sonic to show off his trademark speed. As Sonic runs farther he sees Robotnik is trying to infiltrate a giant Pyramid like palace at the end of the desert. What could that guy be looking for in there?

Desert Dazzle Zone [Present]

Remix created for the OverClocked ReMix Artist Appreciation Competition (http://ocremix.org/forums/showthread.php?t=48402), which features remixes of kickstarted games.  The original track is titled "Steel Thy Shovel" from the game Shovel Knight, composed by Jake Kaufman. 

Dig Deep (Shovel Knight - Steel Thy Shovel Remix)

Sonic had come across a peculiar set of sneakers while running through the landscape. At first he ignored them, but couldn't help but admire their sleek design. What's more, they fit him perfectly! How could he say no? With the new sneakers on his soles Sonic began to run faster and faster, eventually breaking the sound barrier, but as he did this he began to spark and shocks of electricity emanated from his body. The world began to dissolve into a strange Rainbow like void. Sonic obviously confused stopped running for a second to look around, but the moment he slowed down, he had appeared in the same place...but a different time. "Hmm, the planet's magic must have done something to these sneakers! Now I can travel through time!", Sonic decided to take a look around this new place before continuing his journey.

This is a Symphonic Rock remix of "Shmup Stage" from Freedom planet.  This was originally created for the Artist Appreciation Competition at ocremix.org, which was focused on remixing soundtracks of kickstarted games.

Dear SEGA, I hear that legal troubles regarding Sonic 3's original soundtrack might be part of what's holding you back from a re-release of Sonic 3 ( www.sonic3remastered.com/ More info here)
I suggest an alternative solution to trying to get the rights to use the songs that are currently providing a roadblock in greenlighting the project.

It lays smack dab in the middle of a wide, coastal valley, and is mostly populated by rice farmers and the like. These days, a lonely cowboy or two passes through ... like me.  No one stays though. I wish that this was more of a special place, because part of me died here."
