A child is dead, its incidental damage  
A non combat, a baby on a carriage
For moral high, it is no mystery, 
They buy the lies, rewrite the history. 

And when you’re gone, so is the story too 
And when you’re gone, and buried with the truth
And when you’re gone, another fact to hide
And when you’re gone, who will testify 

A man is dead, they call friendly fire
No press allowed, except an embedded liar. 
Language of war, it makes my soul sick
A false report, don’t want your spin trick. 

Don’t paraphrase our country’s disgrace, or dilute up the truth,
We should realise our silence costing lives, and every side will loose.

A nation dies, they call it reconstruction. 
Peace keeping force, they carry lethal weapon
A fight for good, we’re on the proper side
That’s what they say, to help us sleep at night
