Sean & Xander - Inspire 002

MODst has had a love for music for as long as he can remember.  From a young age he was inspired by a variety of musical styles like pop, rock, jazz, classical and r&b.  Beginning in middle school, he began to experiment with different musical instruments like trumpet, clarinet, and even the harmonica!  After always getting in trouble with his teachers by drumming on his desk, he decided to give playing the drums a try.  What a perfect fit!  He continued to play drums throughout high school in band, even joining a jazz band and steel drum band.  

In 2010 while at a night club in Las Vegas, he discovered electronic music.  This opened the flood gates of an entirely new type of music that perfectly merged his love for both melody and beats!  By 2013 he decided to give DJing a try as a way to listen and interact with music in the “hands on” way in which he was already familiar.  The last decade plus has been a whirlwind of music discovery which has taken him to many music festivals and events around the world including meccas like Miami, Ibiza, Burning Man, and Colombia. 

This diversity of musical exposure finds it’s way into Dustin’s (MODst) mixing style.  His sets are uplifting, energetic, melodic, sexy, and fun, calling on music from various decades, genres and moods.  You’ll surely hear familiar melodic and vocal elements throughout his sets.  Some of his favorite genres are varieties of house music (melodic, afro, latin, organic, tribal, deep), and more commercially popular sounds like pop, r&b, reggaeton, and afrobeats. 

Currently, MODst plays in various venues in Colombia including Salon Amador and Deep in Medellin and Antro and Clandestino in Bogota.  In addition he holds DJ residencies at various upscale venues in the Scottsdale, AZ area such as Global Ambassador, Toca Madera, Cala, Sushi Roku, LifeTime Athletic Biltmore Beach Club, and Walter Productions Venues.

Sean & Xander are a production and DJ duo storming out of Seattle, Wa, USA.  Their original works have gained massive support from several main stage acts including: Paul van Dyk, Markus Schulz, Ferry Corsten, Giuseppe Ottaviani, W&W, M.I.K.E. Push and more.  Their tracks have become a staple to many prestigious radio shows and rocked dance floors and festivals around the world including Ultra and Luminosity Beach Festival.
 
Music Releases:  
Shorty after teaming up with Maximized Music Management in 2015, the duo released tracks on: M.I.K.E. Push Studio, Black Hole Recordings, Coldharbour Recordings & High Contrast Recordings.  From the prime time track that was the first release on M.I.K.E. Push Studio, to the lush vocal atmospheres and driving energetic bass-lines of their following releases, the duo consistently creates unforgettable experiences at their performances and on the air.


Remixes:  
These guys are no strangers to adding their own style and vision to existing music.  With their 'The Fall of Skynet Bootleg' of the hugely popular Hollywood film Terminator 2: Judgement Day, as well as other projects currently in the works, be prepared for serious surprises on the dance floor!
