I have a wide breadth of genres in my collection and usually like to DJ Open Format but also love a good clean genre mix. I love working at the small classic venue, Elixart, in Nevada City, and have played paid gigs and numerous house parties all over Nevada County, CA.  Also have been lucky to play in Reno, Nevada and Dominical, Costa Rica. Lo.tess is a multidimensional artist forging her own path in Bass music, Ecstatic Dance, Fusion Bellydance, and Yogic arts.

As a DJ, her dynamic and powerful style slinks through a fiery selection of global and temple bass, future bass, dubstep, and is ever-expanding genres and vibrations. Her sound drips with heavy depths and luminous sacred spaces, offering a wild, deeply sassy, and spiritual experience.

Her Ecstatic Dance journeys are potent explorations through multi-layers of sounds that move though sensitivity and emotion, to explosive booty shaking rhythms that open space for expansion and release, with each set being curated with intention to transcend into divine dance expression.

With over 12 years immersed in the Fusion Bellydance art form and a deep connection to the traditional music and dance of India, South East Asia, and the SWANA regions, Lo.tess also brings more than 6 years of experience as a dedicated yoga and meditation teacher weaving in the element of presence into each set.

She has performed and DJ’d at renowned festivals including Rainbow Serpent (VIC), Tanglewood Festival (VIC), Esoteric Festival (VIC), and Elements (QLD), as well as major bellydance events across Australia and internationally including Shakti School of Dance (Pushkar, India) and Zest (Ubud, Bali).
