The second drop represents the partying picking up and me getting into trouble.
The key change in the song before drop 3 is me realizing that a lot of these people arent my true friends and "people come around for their own benefit"

The song has a good vibe of me finally wanting to get my shit together but you hear the sirens come in and that represents my past catching up with me.
Then at the end the car crashes which represents the end of all this.
