Jasper Ruddock DJ/Music Producer

For the past 13 years Jasper Ruddock has been one of the most popular DJ's to come out of the Birmingham underground scene. Jasper's love for music started very young. His dad being a music producer and musician had a major influence in his life. His musical background inspired him to have a vision and career in music. 

At 12 Jasper started buying records. In the early 90's he was travelling to London exploring the underground dance scene (drum&bass, house, garage etc.). He was familiar with a lot of London DJ's and started buying house, garage and drum and bass.

At the age of 14 in 1995 he had is first radio show on Birmingham kool fm. In 1996 he started playing around with cubase producing his first track(drum & bass). In 1999 Jasper's brother set up and launched SILK CITY fm. Becoming the no.1 radio station for underground dance music (house, garage, drum & bass etc.) in Birmingham.

In 2000 Jasper found his feet buy pursuing his career in the house and garage scene. 

Jasper Ruddock became an icon in Birmingham through out the years showcasing his tight mixing and technical ability's, professional radio shows and brilliant club performances. 

Jasper has played at Birmingham's top venue's such as Air Super Club, Q Club, O2 Academy, Dome, Hidden, The Wheel, Chocolate.. just to name a few. He has also played up and down the country (London, Manchester, Cardiff, Leeds etc.). Also making his debut in Ibiza 2008.

Jasper Ruddock is now DJING / Producing different styles of House Music (Uplifting Vocal House, Nu Disco, Jacking, Tech, Deep, Soulful etc.).

Jasper's future plans is to push his own music production and DJing worldwide.

Widely known for his popular series 'Rare House Gems' on social media, Luke has been spreading the sound and culture of 'hard to find' house records to all corners of the virtual world.  After gaining a great deal of traction and earning his rightful title as a tastemaker, he's now appearing as a DJ across London’s wealth of clubs, sharing his collection and devoted passion for underground dance music. Having spent time working at Love Vinyl, one of London’s most critically acclaimed record stores, he is always developing his knowledge, learning from the incredibly erudite owners and their expertise In music. 

Growing up mainly as an instrumentalist and producer, Luke was encouraged by a few friends to start mixing vinyl. With an ever-growing record collection, his selective taste and love for authentic house music, made vinyl grow to be an essential part of his lifestyle. His sound is encapsulated by all things deep & soulful and lays no boundaries as to how it may evolve. Championing the slogan  ‘Make House Deep Again’ and pushing out music to the younger generation to keep the sound alive.
