For my first ever Phonk mix you know we had to do it big, so I brought in the Purple Posse OG BACKWHEN for a special B2B and the first ever Stay Cool Visual Set with transitions and selections represented in the video too . Ever since the Chill Children tape I’ve been a fan of BACKWHEN’s music, but after one of my community told me to check out his other music even further during the Stay Cool Twitch streams in the pandemic he’s been one of my most listened to and favourite artists so it’s a special moment.

Consistently my most listened to if not top-5 artist in my yearly Spotify Wrapped, Wun Two’s music has long been a favourite of mine. As one of the modern OGs to transition from the blog to the full on streaming era and still see success it’s been amazing to watch him grow from strength to strength and it’s only right I did a mix in tribute.
