London’s insanely friendly and finest house music purveyors Deep Into Soul connect with BBE Records to bring DJ Spinna’s world-acclaimed WONDER-Full party to town on Sunday July 10th at the Prince Of Wales, Brixton. Officially launched in 1999 and co-signed by the genius that is Stevie Wonder himself, who has attended the event in person several times, WONDER-Full LDN is the only way to celebrate the life and work of the 65 year old legend. And with Stevie Wonder in town that same weekend for a Live show at Hyde Park, the great man may even put in an appearance!

Of all DJ Spinna’s accomplishments, nothing compares to the celebrated Stevie Wonder inspired WONDER-Full DJ performances. Garnering overwhelming fanfare each occasion - whether in the USA, Amsterdam, Japan or beyond - if a WONDER-Full event is booked at a club you can put money on a line around the block and hundreds of Stevie Wonder admirers joyfully rocking the house. The success of such events has led to several collaborations between Stevie Wonder and DJ Spinna including remixes for “My Love Is On Fire" and “Sweetest Somebody” from Stevie’s 2005 “A Time To Love” release. Most notably, in October 2012 Spinna performed an opening DJ set for the “United Nations Message Of Peace Concert with Stevie Wonder” including appearances by Sting, Janelle Monae, Varlerie Simpson, and other luminary artists.

Deep Into Soul and London House Music are back for our third party at Loft Studios and this time we are going even bigger on this special one off date as it's a very rare Friday Bank Holiday in May to celebrate VE day. Three sound systems, combining the best elements of the first two parties.

Downstairs in the huge main house room we present a true giant of the scene Masters at Work's Kenny Dope headlines with support from DIS resident Neil Pierce plus warming up the amazing Gillman Audio sound system in fine style is Damian Charles.

Upstairs in the incredible loft Faith duo Terry Farley and Stuart Patterson give their jackin' take on house with special guest from France, house don Rocco Rodamaal.

Plus the disco courtyard will be open in the sunshine from 4pm with headline the mighty Kon (the Boston disco connoisseur was not only responsible for plenty of last year's best disco red-edits but is one half of The Vision whose track 'Heaven' was one of the tracks of 2019).

Supporting Kon is Scotland's Al Kent another man responsible for some of disco's finest, recent reworks. Faith's Dave Jarvis opens proceedings for two absolute disco heroes ensuring this is easily our biggest line up to date.

Tickets are of course moving really quickly, these events all sell out, so advance tickets are absolutely essential.

Bristol-based producer Sean McCabe released his first tracks in 2003 and has since fine-tuned a trademark sound that is effortlessly soulful.

McCabe made his name in house, developing a long-running relationship with legendary US garage label King Street Sounds and remixing the likes of Dennis Ferrer, Evelyn Champagne King, Carolyn Harding, Blaze, and Roland Clark. Since then he’s amassed an impressive discography, delivering inspired productions for labels like Local Talk, Strictly Rhythm, Vega Records, Tribe, and Quantize – plus an original solo album for Z Records.

A quick listen to any of his productions or one of his superb DJ sets will confirm this attractive, emotion-rich aesthetic. While rooted in house, his sound regularly takes on flavours of disco, boogie, Afro, deeper grooves, proto-house, ‘90s garage-house dubs and much more besides.

As an artist, his 2014 debut album entitled ‘It’s Time’ on Z Records displays his musical range and versatile quality production skills. The album hit Number 1 on Traxsource in its first week and has received support from the likes of Solar Radio, Mi-Soul, Kiss FM, and Jazz FM.

As a DJ, he forged a reputation at the legendary Southport Weekender, where he performed regularly. Anyone who can impress the notoriously knowledgeable Southport Weekender crowd must be doing something right. Sean has also travelled the world, playing as far afield as Asia and South Africa, as well as regular appearances across Europe and the UK. Refreshingly, he seems to have no particular aspirations to play in gargantuan clubs, and admits to preferring gigs in small, intimate venues, where he can make a connection with the crowd.

As a producer, McCabe is constantly learning and evolving, taking his sound in different directions. He admits to a love of vintage synthesizers – picked up from listening to classic New York boogie and ‘80s soul. In 2016, Sean continued his musical journey by launching ‘Good Vibrations Music’ record label – a natural evolution of his renowned Good Vibrations events in Bristol.

With a successful album under his belt, his own record label and notable collaborations with the likes of Karizma, Turbojazz, and DJ Spen, his reputation for bringing quality soulful dance music to the masses continues to rise.
