Unmastered - and only very roughly mixed. First in a series of lo-fi cover - versions I started in the end of 2021.
I wanted to put some time to improve my songwriting skills so i decided to cover some of my favorite songs from the 00s - songs that really changed me and where important to me at some point - this one helped me out of a toxic relationship.  To expand my learning curve - all 4 songs will be using the same sound sources and samples and all 4 songs will have to be finished within a week. The end result will be released as a limited free track bundle on bandcamp in the beginning of next year. Don't stay in toxic relationships - fuck co-dependency - love love!

Добрый день. Давно тут ничего не было, череда ежемесячных релизов оборвалась по многим объективным и необъективным причинам, из-за чего вектор моей деятельности чутка сместился, сменились приоритеты. Но музыкой я заниматься не бросил, просто сейчас я ей занимаюсь более инструментально, вживую. К сожалению, нет времени и настроения засесть за компьютер. 

Музыка - это самая важная часть меня и моей жизни. Она меня спасает уже много лет и я не знаю, чтобы я делал без нее. В самые сложные моменты своей жизни я всегда находил в ней место, где я могу выложить все, что скопилось внутри меня, что меня сжигает, съедает, убивает. Это мое укрытие от внешнего мира и верный проводник во внутренний. 

В этом году исполняется 7 лет, как я целенаправленно занимаюсь творчеством, электронной музыкой и музыкой в целом. Кто бы мог подумать, что спустя всего год после окончания музыкальной школы, которую я ненавидел всей душой, за исключением хора, я посвящу себя музыке, так еще и по профилю, ведь моя специальность - фортепиано. И самые сложные моменты я переживал наигрывая всякое на пианино. На том самом пианино, за которым я во время учебы в музыкальной школе пролил неизмеримое количество слез, убил кучу нервов. Именно старенькая "Октава" меня могла успокоить на равне с моими близкими людьми. Сейчас она звучит не очень хорошо, она слегка расстроена, все никак не нахожу время вызвать мастера или настроить самому, но она все еще меня тянет к себе в трудное время. За последний год этот инструмент поистине стал моим, можно сказать, психотерапевтом. 

Данные композиции - это наигрывания, которые были сыграны и записаны в конце июля этого года. Это, в какой-то степени, импровизация. У меня есть такие мелодии, которые имеют какое-то начало, но вот их продолжение зависит только от настроения и наигрывается импровизированно. Тогда, в конце июля, я только закончил бакалавриат и уже подал документы в магистратуру, но еще не знал, что поступлю. Моя жизнь была в подвешенном состоянии. Я тогда вообще не понимал, что будет завтра. Не то, чтобы до конца сейчас понимаю, но жизнь сейчас стала точно более уверенной, чем тогда. 

Значит, конец июля. Я застал себя сидящим за компьютером, что-то делающим, но при этом очень часто аморфно смотрящим в стену. Я понимал, что внутри меня есть куча всего нерешённого и со всем этим грузом я пришел к "Октаве". Груз неразберихи, пугающего будущего, буквальной и формальной утраты друзей и близких мне людей. И я тогда даже не знаю зачем решил все это записать на диктофон, ибо впоследствии я забыл об этих записях. Тогда еще шел сильный ливень, который относительно можно услышать на записи. 

Лишь недавно, возвращаясь домой из другого города, я случайно на них наткнулся. Ощущение было такое, будто это играет другой человек. Я понял, что именно таких эмоций я сейчас не испытываю, что так я эти произведения уже точно не сыграю. Поэтому я решил показать эти записи. Чтобы этот отпечаток остался не только в памяти моего телефона. Приятного вам прослушивания!
