Deep notes creating deep waves generated with a Moog Sub 37 custom patch with arpeggio sequence playing most of the notes with occasional highlights by the player... driving an Akai MX20 drum machine on it's stock patches... basic pattern explorations. Straight from the heart of darkness itself, the void where sound doesn't propagate, comes this dark and energetic monstrosity melody if you know how to find it in the wave overtures curving curvatures through the space between your ears activating your neuronal electrical hormonal drug releasing systems of cells that make you an illegal lab in your brain, a methodic  melody dialing in pleasure to behold. The Mutant Bassdrums in BadRectifier.systems GlowInTheDarkMonster emit an awesome sound when driven by an Intellijel Metropolis and processed by a Roland System-1m. The GlowInTheDarkMonster is growing its range of capabilities each week.

Exploring Dial Modulations. Highly experimental patch Metropolis driving Mutant Bassdrums processed by forked independent Aira Effects and System-1m paths. The bass drums by HexInverter are kick ass. Processing them by the Roland Aira effects units, Scooper, Demora, Torcindo, and BitRazer and at the same time by the Roland System-1m is quite stunning at times and utterly hopelessly strange, bizarre, over the top, under the bottom, inside out and spacey back to grounded bass drums. A wild ranging wondering exporations of the possible sounds from these systems. The Metrpolis from Intellijel kept the pounding sequence going at 60 BMP and then later on, you can hear the pace change, up to 128 BMP, a common club beat pace. Oh, and least we forget the Korg SQ-1 provided LFO CV and Gate modulation to the various parameters of the Aira Effects units at various times. Recorded to a Zoom H6.

The Alpha Null Null One Chord as played by a Human Aggregator. 

My very simple alpha null null one chord on my awesome JP-8000. Every player starts at an alpha chord. 

I composed a song after reading about music theory all weekend. It is based in one chord, the first chord I composed, ever. As a player I'm a human arpeggiator beater, a human arp. Now it's evolved into a whole piece after playing it on many keyboard instruments. I consider it an independent standing piece on it's own merits to be enjoyed. Layering it into another piece set brings a union divergence unique potency pulsing life machine to the forefront. This has helped because many questions while composing are eliminated by some of the ideas in Music Theory, and by enough that my playing was informed to new skillz levels. Enjoy the piece. The simple Alpha Null Null One Chord arpeggiated on a Roland RD-100 88 Key 32/64 note voice stage piano by a human arpeggiator.

The Alpha Zero Zero One Chord expressed upon three keyboards through time. Sub 37 from Moog. JP8000 and RD100 from Roland. Infinite variety flows out of possibilities seen and acted upon realizing now what is then the next stepping stone progressions forward. 

Then a new version on three keyboards with very different sounds yet a unified chord arpeggiation across the instruments, in-strum-ends providing coherence. A little music theory is a dangerous thing in the hands of a human arpeggiator beater. Chord connectivity. The awesome amazing reach of my very first composed chord, the alpha zero zero one chord comes from the innate observations that lead to codification of music. I feel the master coder of software flowing out through music theory as if it is a language designed for the most awesome sounds, which it is.

My nascent modular and non-modular friends... started in the late spring... with a Teenage.engineering OP-1... followed soon by the Roland Aira System-1m, the four Roland Aira FX units (each with front panel effect and six virtual eurorack modules for a total of 28 eurorack modules in one 84HP row!), an Intellijel Metropolis, HexInverter Mutant Bassdrum 808 kicks, more eurorack modules... TipTop Z3000mkII, MakeNoise Maths, tons of Synthrotek kits, ... with WMD Gamma Wavesource and two Moog Mother-32 pure analog bliss on order... www.facebook.com/1416018635393736…1481853765476889.

I've never used just about all my Roland gear in a piece... the only Roland musical thingi I didn't use was the Aira FX Scooper! Oh, nor the PLUG-OUTS... oh and only one System-1m in use this time... oops, didn't use the VT-03 Voice Transformer... so most of my Roland gear is in play.

I used my Roland Aira System-1m, Aira FX units Demora delay, Torcindo distortion and the always wonderful BitRazer for the crushing of bits; not to forget the incredible venerable RD-100 stage piano and the majestic new JDXi, with a nice arpeggiation by the classic JP-8000.

In addition two Moog units are at play in the piece, a Moog Sub 37 doing it's own arpeggiated sequence, and a Moog Minitaur being driven by the venerable Roland RD-100 stage piano via Midi Din. A few other Eurorack modules are also used aside from the one's mentioned above.

The Sub 37 has two oscillators each of which can be modulated in many ways independently of the other or jointly in a "duet" for two voices... although they share the same famous Moog Ladder Filter ... yet even how the filter applies to each can be modulated... in this piece they are mostly independently being adjusted to show a range of possible soundscapes to your ears...
