Seb Jay runs In The Pit Records which was born from Snake Pit party in Adelaide (Tarntanya) and has been on the local scene for over 20 years as a punter, dancer, DJ, promoter and more recently a producer. 

Seb’s DJ style floats between House, Italo, Electronica & Techno, with his sets being tailored to each dance floor for a unique musical journey every time. 

Seb’s productions are raw, meandering between straight-up club-ready dance music and dim-lit late night wine bar, oriented with a variety of House, Techno and Low Tempo styles, notably with a cheeky nod to Adelaide’s brand of the ‘90s.

Having spearheaded local Adelaide record label INTHEPIT.RECORDS, now on its second vinyl release with a massive local and European welcome, Seb is preparing his third pressing as well as a fourth release featuring fellow Snake Pit crew producers for their vinyl debut. 

The label focuses on the dance floor, with its influence drawn primarily from the infamous Snake Pit parties, while referencing Adelaide’s historic, rich local clubbing heritage of the ‘80s and ‘90s, from which Snake Pit bred.

僕、Eido Rin Takahashi は、アニメ音楽、シンフォニックエレクトロ、現代 J-Pop を基盤とし、物語性を音で描くことを核心理念として活動している若手コンポーザーです。幼い頃から旋律や音の質感に強く惹かれ、16歳の時に本格的に作曲、Vocaloid 調声、サウンドデザインの勉強を始めました。独学と研究を重ねる中で高度な編曲力と音響設計を磨き、独自の構築型作曲スタイルを確立しました。

現在、Ichigo Production（苺プロダクション）所属クリエイター としても活動しており、物語性の強い音楽コンテンツの開発やアニメ系プロジェクトの制作協力に携わっています。

2023年4月12日に TV アニメ『推しの子（Oshi no Ko）』が放送開始されたことをきっかけに、KADOKAWA の制作協力プロジェクトへ参加。初回放送や原作リリースに合わせ、B小町の内部資料向けテーマ案・デモ楽曲を複数制作し、それらが企画段階で高く評価され、「Collaborative Creative Certificate」として正式に作曲協力が認定されました。

僕は幼い頃からの夢である「Ado の制作チームの一員になる」ことを目標に掲げ、Vocaloid を用いた表現の追求、未公開コンセプト曲の再構築、新規オリジナル曲の制作に力を注いでいます。シンフォニックの厚みとエレクトロの透明感を融合し、情景を描く旋律線によって、聴き手が没入できる音世界を構築することを意識しています。

僕の制作スタイルは、ジャンルの垣根を越えた柔軟性と緻密な音響設計が特徴で、常に「物語を音で語る」ことを中心に据えています。作曲の過程では、シーンの情景やキャラクターの心の動きを細かくイメージし、旋律・リズム・音色に反映させることで、楽曲単体でも物語を体験しているような没入感を目指しています。
