A bit more lofi hip-hop than my usual stuff, I think it turned out pretty well. Still rolling with some vaporwave influences though, because that's just how I roll.

Kinda incredible how Korallreven, with this weird name in swedish snowballed from bedroom recordings in Stockholm into a headline US tour, festivals around Europe, amazing collaborations and all this love we have felt from all around. It's been magic. But there is a time for everything and an end to everything too, also with Korallreven.

So, enjoy this single Here In Iowa, as you would the last drop of fresh water in the  jungle. It sort of underlines exactly everything we wanted to do from the beginning but never yet achieved. Lifelovingness, big words and melancholy in three and a half minutes, for the last time.

Mental Chains

Let me explain. These guys are more of a tour de ski than a tour de force. Tumbling down the cosmic slopes of trimmed bike rock. Suitable for wearers of wooden clogs their mouths jammed full of snus, sporting helmets with edgy messages.
No turns or twists; just lethal hooks, locomotive drums and repetetive dream punk pounding like a great hangover. Does small town angst exist on a mars colony? Appearantly so.

How about some Ginger Baker-era Hawkwind, Motörhead with less hard liquor but more speed or maybe the bastard child of Butthole Surfers and The Rolling Stones? Huh. Sounds weird, but so does selling research chemicals out of your parents basement.

This is not what you expect to hear from members of Antichrist and Vampire but I'm sure glad I did. Also, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU KNOW?
