Electronic drummer Sebastian Arnold and avantgarde guitarist Jürgen Schwer met for a three-day jam in their ancestral studio in Freiburg/Germany. Like back in the BEEAH days over ten years ago, their extemporaneous sound instantly emerges as a rough mixture of krautrock, free jazz and experimental trip hop. The thoroughly improvised tracks were later selected, rearranged and processed in Sebastian's studio in Berlin. They are not only joined by an arsenal of instruments, such as electric guitars, stomp boxes, an acoustic drum kit, slit drum and other percussion, an untuned zither, synthesizers and drum machines, but also welcome lyric poet Tobias Roth (Munich/Berlin) and electronic artist Linus (Freiburg) to sit in for a couple of songs. We fully recommend you to listen to this dense amalgamation of groove and sound.

Brandt Brauer Frick produce club music with self-recorded acoustic instruments (prepared piano, vibraphone, drums, various per- cussions, brass and string instruments), rhodes, bass guitar and few analogue synthesizers, as heard on their EP „Iron Man“ (incl. remixes by Lee Jones and Treplec) or at their great performance at Berghain last month.
For THE GYM they have made two rather untypical house tracks, using more synths than they usually would, celebrating a more gymnastic dancefloor approach. Enjoy!

Sebastian Arnold, since 2007 known as "mad scientist drummer" is an electronica artist from Berlin. He is touring as a one-man band and uses his drum kit to interact with sequencers and sythesizers. His music is a danceable mixture of jazz, electronica and post-rock.
