Gustavo Jimenez aka Gux Jimenez is a producer and DJ from Cartagena / Colombia, with more than 15 years on the scene. He has been identified by his melodies and subtle arrangements in his production, he always seeks to maintain a spatial atmosphere by mixing percussive sounds and groovy melodies, influenced by djs like John Digweed, Halo Varga, Guy J, Christian Smith

His releases have been in the first lists of digital stores and Tops on Beatport, labels such as Mango Alley, Proton Music, Particles, Balkan Connection and Clubsonica are among the most frequent.

He is currently Owner of the Oz Land Music Label with which he has been with for 1 year and already has 6 releases, his record company is supported by Nick Warren, Nicolas Rada, Dj Ruby, Darin Epsilon, Mariano Mellino among other renowned djs

Gux has shared the stage with important artists, such as Darin Epsilon, Alexis Dlano, DjWady, Juan Pablo Torrez, Juanes Mesa, throughout his career in terms of events, the best clubs in which he has participated are, Eighth club in Bogota and Medellin Salon Amador which are among the most important in Colombia is considered one of the main exponents of the Progressive House genre in his city Cartagena and in Colombia along with talents such as Kamilo Sanclemente, Juan Pablo Torrez, Dabeat, Giovanny Aparicio , Zalvador , regarding the Colombian scene, the union is seen in each release and collaboration,

In March 2020 Gux fulfills one of his big dreams, his first international tour in Argentina, thanks to the Blacksessions team, dates were achieved in Mercedes and Buenos AIRES, being part of Blacksessions Festival, where he shared cabin with artists from the Argentine local scene , talents like Juan Deminicis, Jfr, fabri Lopez, Demis, Govinda among more talents

In February 2022 Gux returns to Argentina for a tour which was very successful, with the help of how to flay and blacksessions dates were achieved in Pinamar - Ufo point, Rosario - Cosme, Mercedes progressive culture, villa María - south beer and San Luis - club mad, in April 2022 continues its adventure in Mexico through the Mayan Riviera, with gigs  in Cancun -  at Selina , Playa del Carmen at On Heaven , Tulum at Bananas Rooftop

Progressive Sounds 51 Part 1

Jhonatan Ghersi is a Uruguayan dj and producer, born in the city of Montevideo - Uruguay. From a very young age, he felt his taste for music, and not related to the electronic genre, he began to take his first steps in it from 2006 as a DJ doing his own raves in the city of Sauce - Canelones, where he lived great part of his adolescence and formed.

He then decided in 2007 to study with one of the leaders of the national scene such as DJ Oscar Valdez and thus be able to insert himself into the Montevideo scene. In 2010 he began his production studies with the renowned dj / producer Nicolás Silvano (LogiztikSound) and in 2011 he held an electronic music workshop with the renowned musician Emil Montgomery.

Always influenced by melodic and deep sounds, it is what keeps him in his own style and with his own personality when performing his dj sets, radio shows and productions.

He began to release his music in 2017, labeling in them such as RYNTH, The Purr, Canopy Sounds, Dreamers, Bekool Records, Be Adult Music, among others.

Raised in a house with a dad who listened to Pink Floyd, Supertramp, folk music, and a mom that listened to Bee Gees, Giorgio Moroder and Donna Summer, Sebastian was able to develop love for energetic and progressive music.

Around year 2000-2001 He discovered trance and house music on some GateCrasher, D-mode cd compilations. Producers such as Paul Van Dyk, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten (System F back then), Mauro Picotto, P.U.S.H where part of his beginnings.

Throughout the years he was able to learn and discover other genres such as melodic & deep house, progressive house and techno.

Nowadays his tracks go from Organic, Deep to Progressive with breaks and melodies all over the place, having the likes of Joseph Capriatti, Paul (AR) RIGOONI, Fernando Ferreyra, d-phrag, Ziger, Savvas, Federico Monachesi, K Loveski among other producers.

Sebastian has played as guest several Podcast such, Movement Live show done by @soulmatestudio-academy,  @deephousesweden , PHA, @deephousemelodic, Naturis Podcast from Canada, Amitabha Sessions, The Sound of Sirin and more!

His monthly podcast, Progressive Sounds comes out every first Sunday of the month on Soundcloud and live on @saturosounds which has had amazing artist such as Wassu, GRAZZE, Nicolas Soria, Ben Pierre, Lila Rose (UY) to name a few.
