Hi, I'm from Liverpool England. 

       I found my affinity with dance music clubbing at Cream Liverpool in the late 90s and 00s. Influenced by Paul Oakenfolds residency, I started mixing Prog House and Trance in the 00s.  Sasha, Digweed and the global underground sound influenced my vibe!
     Without losing my passion for the progressive sound,  being a dad and work meant I lost touch with the scene. Now with more time to spare, my obsession is back!

D-Vox AKA Daniela Rhodes first touched the wheels of steel over 20 years ago, with the purchase of her Technics 1200s back in 2002. She's supported Judge Jules, Seb Fontaine, Sunscream & Brandon Block, has played at some top venues and events including MOS, Es Paradis, Logic Fest and Soundwave Fest, and has shared the bill with craft masters Matt Fax, Frankie Wah, Junior Jack, John00Fleming, MarkEG, Space Brothers, and Cristian Varella, amongst others.

From mixing hard dance in her bedroom inspired by Tiesto, and through the heavy influence of her music loving parents, Daniela competently and passionately delivers multi-genre DJ sets ranging from feel-good disco right through to the deepest, darkest techno, and has gained a wealth of experience as an artist since her music journey began.

D-Vox is also a versatile vocalist and, since her days of singing old school garage classics into her hair brush with a dream of one day becoming a singer, she has developed a unique ability to accompany instrumentals within her glowing, multi-genre sets with her impressive live vocals.

Daniela is steadily becoming recognised for her skills in the studio as well as on stage and has worked with many respected artists including Philth, JP Lantieri, Xspance, Fractal Architect, ACAY, MellowD, Monsieur Pluspetit, Sweet LA, Collate, Audioglider, J Luada, Matt Black & Chris Sterio, Somar Nomar, Findike, Dolby D, Martyn Nytram, Mogi Wa Wa, Doppelstern, Stu Chapman, Joey Fehrenbach, Col Lawton, to name a few.

Her collaborative releases span across a multitude of highly acclaimed labels including Bonzai Progressive, Superfreq, Dispatch Recs, Upon You, Morphosis, Krafted, Cinematique, RG Music, Big Speaker, Zulu Recs, Modus Vivendi Records, HoTL Records, Stripped Music, ARRVL, DeepDownDirty, Flemcy Music, and many more.

Daniela's collaborations have also seen some mighty remixes by powerhouse producers inclusing Mr.C, Nichols, David Leckenby, Focus FL, Zstimer & WRU, Simon Harris, WLSN, Nostromos, KETNO and Konvic.

Daniela hosted her live show 'D-Vox & Guests' on Bournmouth’s Afro*disiac Radio for 5 years before making the hard decision to step away from radio to focus on collaboration projects. She's also aired popular shows on Southampton's Voice FM and Germany's Progressive Beats Radio between 2015-16. Her 3-month residency at a luxury Ozen By Atmosphere resort in Maldives was a highlight in 2017, and she spent the next few years that followed laying her foundations in Ibiza and Aiya Napa, performing at top night spots with Parasol Collective, ANHP, and Voice FM.

D-Vox has made many guest appearances on nationwide radio stations, including London’s legendary LifeFM, also at Shine879 in Essex, and with BBC Radio 1 residents Krafted for their radio show streamed live from The DJ Shop in Southampton shortly after which she was invited to play at their quarterly event supporting the mighty Matt Fax alongside Krafted residents.

An amazing opportunity was then presented to D-Vox, by dj/producer Laurent Schark, to share her sound on his Live Selection Show; the worlds’ most syndicated radio show reaching out to 3 million listeners which she accepted with a very big smile. The segment featuring Daniela was unknowingly picked up by Italian cable channel Canal 7 that streamed her live set, and artist interview, out to the Mediterranean masses.

With the help of her South African soul friend DJ Sharm Pillay, D-Vox sailed into 2019 with a four-page spread in global Audiation Mag's Jan issue which included her snap on the cover. Following this she was invited by Sharm to share some melodic techno moods with her SEKSiCuLLTURE listeners on Melbourne's Kiss FM, Australia.

As well as being heavily involved in the practical side of music Daniela is also a keen writer of more than just her deep and meaningful lyrics. She copywrites for Flemcy Music, Findike Records and Dark Hooks Recordss, and provides music and event reviews, press releases, pitches, and proofreading services on request.

Daniela also a proud member of The Black Chapel Collective; a passionate group of creative artists founded by Essex based music producer Steve Mortimer, with a worldwide, multi-award winning film & live show 'Connect', addressing important global issues using contemporary music, visuals, graphics, speech samples, poetry & dance.

With a bustling music diary, an ever-evolving and dynamic catalogue of works, and with producers queuing to work with her captivating vocals, Daniela has her foot firmly on a pedal powered by her relentless passion for the music she loves. DJ Seize's musical journey began at a tender age, where he developed a profound love for music. His passion initially manifested through playing the violin, piano, guitar, and drums. Subsequently, he discovered DJing, which ignited his adoration for diverse musical genres. His prior knowledge of beat counting opened new musical horizons, ultimately leading him to produce his own music. Over the years, he has delighted audiences in Colorado, Virginia, Florida, and Alabama. Renowned artists have recognized his talent, collaborating with him and sharing his gift. Aspiring musicians eagerly seek his guidance in blending various genres seamlessly. Instructing fellow musicians has become a source of inspiration for him, motivating him to continuously expand his knowledge and share his expertise on various musical instruments.                          ... The passion to follow the electronic music dates back to 1980 .. record album " Speak & Spell" Depeche Mode has lit a lamp in my brain .. was the music of the future .. .. sure he would have still been pursued despite the strong acoustic presence in the market ( punk- rock-metal -grunge , dark ..) . I started a little ' go with the flow ' NEW WAVE for a period of time .. many things in "pot" were seething at this time .. the late '80s .

                              Florence and it ' been a witness , ( I suggest you read " FLORENCE DREAM " written by BRUNO CASINI ) .. forge important in those years with the city' of Bologna .. ( Diaframma, Litfiba, Neon, Nakob , Gaz -Nevada , Karma ) .. began to circulate new sounds ' " .. a new RENAISSANCE ART , and consequently also in the music .. has contributed in its path physiological hand in hand with the new technologies applied to synthesizers and drum machines and' evolved into techno and then the world DANCE .. ACID, techno , progressive .. the fantastic rave -parties .. devastating ( * referring to those who did poly- substance abuse or use of new synthetic substances ..) gatherings became positive ( always head on his shoulders ! ! ..) after-hours , .. period marked expression of freedom on all fronts .. hugging people , all that you smiled in a mental state often positive and with the sole desire to aggreggarsi to celebrate the musical event step .... and you forget the beautiful sweaty on the track triggered ;-) .. I enjoyed it a lot ..
In the early months of 2000 I went to try or do something ... I bought my first Yamaha DJX Synt .. .. .. analog keyboard perfect for a first approach to this kind ... after two years I bought an 'other yamaha .. the same predecessor united by a MIDI system .. another world .. FantasticOOOoOo .. . .. The whole vine created and generated using loops , using the basics of the percussion / rhythm or melody of the previously composed and recorded the first CD Audio ...
                         Evenings spent in  "serfando" immersion in a continuous pursuit of sound generandomi enthusiasm and wonderful feelings and emotions ..
Today they continue to make me smile and have fun .. a lot ....

La passione di seguire la musica elettronica risale al 1980 .. album record "Speak & Spell" Depeche Mode ha acceso una lampada nel mio cervello .. era la musica del futuro .. .. sicuro che avrebbe avuto un seguito nonostante ancora la forte presenza acustica nel mercato(punk-rock-metal-grunge, dark..).ho iniziato un po 'di seguire l'onda ' NEW WAVE per un periodo di tempo .. molte cose in "pentola" stavano  bollendo in questo momento .. fine degli anni '80.
    Firenze ne e' stata testimone , (consiglio di leggere " FIRENZE SOGNA " scritto da BRUNO CASINI )..fucina  importante in quegli anni insieme alla citta' di Bologna..(Diaframma,Litfiba, Neon , Nakob,Gaz-Nevada, Karma).. hanno cominciato a circolare nuovi suoni '"..un nuovo RINASCIMENTO ARTISTICO e di conseguenza   anche nella musica..ha contribuito nel suo percorso fisiologico di pari passo alle nuove tecnologie applicate ai sintetizzatori e drum machine si e' evoluta in techno e quindi al mondo  DANCE .. ACID , techno, progressive .. il fantastici rave-parties ..devastanti (*riferito a chi faceva  abuso di sostanze o poli-uso delle nuove sostanze sintetiche..)diventavano momenti di aggregazione positivi (sempre testa sulle spalle !!!..) after-hours, .. periodo di marcata  espressione della libertà su tutti i fronti .. abbracciare le persone, tutti che ti sorridevano in uno stato mentale spesso positivo e con la sola voglia di aggreggarsi per celebrare l'evento musicale passo .. ..e chi si scorda delle belle sudate in pista scatenati ;-) .. Mi sono divertito un sacco ..
Nei primi mesi del 2000 sono andato a provare o fare qualcosa ... Ho comprato la mia prima Yamaha Synt DJX .. .. .. tastiera analogica perfetta per un primo approccio a questo genere ... dopo due anni ho comprato un 'altra yamaha .. predecessore stesso unito da un sistema MIDI .. un altro mondo .. FantasticOOOoOo ..  . .. Il tutto vine creato e generato usando i loop ,utilizzando le basi della parte percussiva/ritmica delle o una melodia composta e registrata precedentemente prima su CD Audio... 
Serate trascorse in immersione serfando in una continua ricerca del suono  generandomi  entusiasmo e meravigliose sensazioni ed emozioni ..
Oggi continuano a farmi sorridere e divertirmi .. molto ....
Mi piacerebbe collaborare con qualcuno..
