Sooooo... first of all I have to say, it was not only my first time playing at Sisyphos. It was also my first time ever! So when a good friend showed me around I was stunned by this beutiful island. I mean, I've heard rumors and stories, but I had no clue. 

Than, when we entered the Dampfer, I had a little breakdown. An hour before my gig it was packed from one end to the other. I was so nervous! Planning on playing my usual sound I knew that I was at least 10 BPM slower than other DJs playing here. Would it work out?

But, yeah, what can I say... I was welcomed by a hungry crowd from the first kick on and together we hit it off for 3h straight! The first nervousness vanished and time flew by in a glimpse.  And than something unforeseen happened: playing my last track I was told that the next DJ was missing and that I will have to play another hour. This last hour was not from this world! It will stay in my heart for a very long time.

So here it is, my four hour porschride through Dampfer! From 3 am till 7 in the morning. I'm so thankfull for the people who made it possible and who joint & supported me. I could've not asked for more!

Was war das für bitte für eine Nacht !?! Unglaublich, wir schütteln heute noch den Kopf. 
Zunächst von Herzen ein Dankeschön, an all die Tänzer, die sich diese Nacht so lange in die Schlange gestellt haben und das Mensch Meier mit ihrer Energie verzaubert und mal wieder in einen mystischen Ort verwandelt haben. Zur Veranschaulichung: Selbst ein Teil unserer Freunde musste über 2h in der Gästelistenschlange warten und hat so leider den Anfang unseres Sets verpasst 😓😓. Das könnt ihr jetzt auf Soundcloud nachhören (Ggf. geht auch noch unsere Zugabe online 😉 ).

Wie bereits vorprogrammiert war die Nacht legendär und nicht zuletzt emotional. Wir sind nach wie vor zutiefst gerührt und geehrt, dass wir unseren Beitrag dazu leisten durften. Danke Dir, Jacob für dein Vertrauen, uns Frischlingen diesen Closing Slot zu geben. Dieses Gefühl, so viele Menschen auf eine musikalische Reise mitnehmen zu dürfen und irgendwann gefühlt Eins mit dem Publikum zu sein, ist wirklich unbeschreiblich schön und etwas, was wir vor dem Auflegen noch nie erfahren haben. Unsere Rührung wurde umso großer durch die ganzen lieben Worte und Gesten, die wir während und nach dem Set bekommen haben. Angeblich waren im letzten Teil des Sets nicht nur bei uns Tränen im Spiel, was wir nicht zu träumen gewagt hätten. 
 
In diesem Sinne Danke an euch Mystic Creatures für eure wunderbaren Feste, an das Mensch Meier für diesen wundervollen Ort und alle Anwesenden für ihre Energie.

Happy 15th anniversary to you Sisyphos 🦆 Thank you for being there and for enriching Berlin’s day and nightlife in unimaginable ways 🌈  

You were among the first who believed in me and gave my music a platform. 5 years ago I played for you for the very first time at the beach on a sunny Sunday morning and I still remember this morning vividly to this day. In a way it feels like the starting point of my musical career, although I had already produced and DJed before for about 4 years. But in your walls I experienced the beauty that lies in sharing music to the fullest for the very first time, endlessly fueling my desire to evolve and contribute my music to this scene.  

Many sets on the beach followed over the years as well as several at Dampfer and Wintergarten. Every single time I leave the club fulfilled and beyond grateful for being able to have a space in which I can fully express myself musically without any boundaries and experience so much magic that lies in the connection on and off the dancefloor ✨  When I pluck my USB into the decks at Strand I know the next 3-4 hours are going to be pure bliss. Always slightly nervous and excited at first, followed by full immersion in the moment, in the music and in the collective ecstacy of being able to freely (!) dance together outside in the middle of this city we call home. Never taking this for granted 🙏🏼  

So here we are 5 years later… thank you for inviting me once again to play at the beach and guide you into this beautiful Sunday morning on your 15 year anniversary. Thank you to everyone that got up early or stayed up late to share this moment with me. I’m feeling so lucky to have such wonderful friends and human beings around me that share and feel my passion and support me along the way. Really, thank you SO MUCH!  

So this is not only a thank you to Sisyphos but also a heartfelt thanks to you for all your support and love this year which somehow culminated in this rather spontaneous „end of summer set“ at the beach.

Atric - DJ Set | Südpol Hamburg | Winter Opening 2023

On the 5th of November 2023, I had the honor to be part of the Rebellion der Traümer celebration party at Renate for their 10 year anniversary.

I took that opportunity to craft a faster set than usual as I'm planning to release more uptempo tunes in the future (Don't worry I will still produce downtempo). I started at 115 bpm and speed it up to 125 bpm.

A rhythmic pirate odyssey:
Captain Leopard and the Sisyphos Dampfer Crew, draped in tattered garb, sailed through Headnoise, chasing rhythmic echoes across San Frandisco waves. Under the False Need moon, they danced to Back To Funk, feeling Free. One Pill triggered a trance, sailing into uncharted waters where Trigger Me intertwined reality and dreams. Amidst memories, they found solace in Miss You, embracing the adventure of Take It Off. Sailing through realms where music was It's Yours, The Cage Of Love fused emotion and rhythm. Running To You declared allegiance, Machina Groova dissolved Claustrophobic fears. Globalise spirits fueled their dance in strange lands with Get the Party Started. Toilet Tales echoed, and the primal call of That BASSSS resonated in Martian seas. Sensitive View embraced cosmic wonders; they vowed to Just Stay true to Dominator forces. Miscounted stars led to a Monster celestial being. The Sun Is Shining echoed universal energy as they sailed past a Common Plant pulsating to the beat. In the presence of Dark Phoenix, they embraced a rebirth fueled by Detuner frequencies. 1,2 Step guided them through the cosmos, Stolen Goods adorned their ship, and Sentinel guardians nodded in approval. Billenniums passed as they sailed through Children of the Universe, Waiting for the ultimate crescendo. Feeling the cosmic symphony building within, they asked, "Do You Hear Me?" as beats reached a Deeper resonance. United by the cosmic force of music, the crew became one with rhythmic tides, forever chasing the elusive rhythm. "Be My Lover," the universe whispered, and the Dampfer Crew continued their eternal voyage, bound to the cosmic dance of life.

This is the recording of the set I played for @pauli-pocket and @Foolik's event at Kater Blau on October 22nd 2023, 0-3 am, Heinz Hopper.

I think this might have been my favorite club party gig in 2023. What a boiling sauna experience! Thanks to my support crew for eagerly providing me with some handmade air during my set. :D

What a way to kick off the new year! 

Since my last recording from Kater Blau  a "Haufen Wasser ist die Lahn runtergelaufen" as we say in my hometown. Over 50k plays (thank you! 🐈‍⬛)  and so many beautiful gigs later its time for a sequel! 🌈

Last sunday morning at 9 I was welcomed by the most colorful gang of cats. @2girls1club firing up the Acid Bogen with there best selected House Music I had the privilege to take over the flauschiest crowd. 

It's always such a big privilege to play these Berlin mornings. The happy, slightly high faces, the frizzling tension in the air, bodies moving, touching each other, laughing, kissing and living together to the fullest. How it is supposed to be. I'm so thankful for the trust all of you guys set in me over and over again! 😌🙏

Thanks for the beautiful compliments afterwards that make me come up with the title: "das hat gehallert" to "ordentlich das Geweih verhallert" bis zu "vom Haller feinsten". You're just amazing! ✨🫶

Born in the bavarian capital Munich music always played an important role in Sebastian’s life. At first it was mainly Hip Hop, but little by little more and more electronic music, which finally became his great love and brought him to play records and perform as a dj organising events with his collective „Techno ist Familiensache“ in Munich and also in bavaria. Behind the decks he is using digital media as well as analogue vinyl and during his sets you see him always smiling, dancing and communicating with the crowd. His sound ranges from floating house tunes through to deeper Techno, but never gets too fast and dark. At the same time vocals and formative melodies are often a component in his taste of music.
