Legendary Italian producer Dusty Kid returns to the spotlight with a special standalone remix of his powerful track Kore, reimagined by none other than German techno icons Oliver Huntemann & André Winter- out this August on Dear Deer. Known for his genre-bending approach and analog-rich sound, Dusty Kid has built a loyal global following through decades of groundbreaking releases on labels like Systematic, Boxer & Southern Fried. Now, Kore gets a cutting-edge rework from two pioneers of the German techno scene: - Oliver Huntemann, the Hamburg-based legend behind Senso Sounds, whose deep, hypnotic sound has defined peak-time sets worldwide. - André Winter, a master of tight, driving grooves and longtime collaborator with Huntemann, is responsible for some of the most iconic underground tracks of the past two decades. Their remix is a masterclass in Techno, rooted in the classic German school of production - hypnotic, tense, and crafted for pure club impact. Expect brooding basslines, precision synth work, and a cinematic atmosphere that transforms Kore into something truly timeless. Long-time executive producer for label boss Oliver Huntemann and other artists, André Winter is also the man behind a number of prolific underground projects and releases sind 1995. Most recently André focusses on releases under his real name and now he drops his third tough-as-nails EP on Senso Sounds - both tracks primed for serious mainroom detonation.
'Argo' builds the tension expertly, before whipping us into delirium via deep synth bass tones that will shake club systems worldwide. The sound design is exceptional, provi- ding plenty of space in the mix amongst the groove. 'Norse' increases the BPM a notch or two, and delivers a hypnotic, loopy groove built around tightly programmed drums and an infectious melodic line. Once the huge lead synth lands, you can see why this is destined to melt some minds on discerning dancefloors this year.
