"Erros" é uma faixa que mergulha num ambiente sombrio e melancólico, guiada por uma batida trap lenta e envolvente, marcada por kicks abafados, hi-hats espaçados e uma linha de baixo profunda. A produção é minimalista, criando espaço para a voz o protagonismo emocional.

A interpretação vocal mistura canto e rap, com uma entrega crua, por vezes sussurrada, que transmite fragilidade, arrependimento e um certo distanciamento emocional. O autotune é usado com subtileza para realçar o tom introspectivo, sem sobrecarregar a expressão.

Running away

Probably my shortest podcast of all time, AND still a powerful one. I had an epiphany today that came as the result of a mistake. I'm so grateful it happened, because this is lesson I needed to learn. Check it out.

Oh... BTW... Here are some affirmations I came up with yesterday while I was on my way. I wrote them down at the red lights to practice with my inner child. Gotta rewire the tendency to feel bad for these things. 

So if you need to do this inner rewiring as well, try these:
-"It's not my job to keep everybody happy."
-"It's not my job to live an uncomfortable life for everybody's convenience."
-"I am good, even when I make mistakes."
-"I am allowed to make mistakes."
-"Even good people make mistakes."

Write them down somewhere you'll see them regularly (on a Post-It in your cubicle, on your bathroom mirror, in your Notes app, etc.). We need to remind ourselves until it becomes our natural next thought when we're being hard on ourselves. We're creating a new habit of thought to replace the old.

Unfortunately, courtesy of the June 23, 2016 Victor Oladipo-Ersan Ilyasova-Domantas Sabonis for Serge Ibaka Thunder trade that got both the Thunder and Pacers here to this stage. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Jalen Williams (the good one), and Tyrese Haliburton do not end up on their franchises without Hennigan.

Fun Facts:
Same Old Road Again was a song George wrote to express his frustration at some of the unreliable musicians he had worked with.
Most of the guitar is played using fingers, not a pick.
It's not until the solo at the end of the song that he swaps to a plectrum.
This song was the second song Rough Terrain ever played live.
They ran into it from a cover of Steppenwolf's Born to Be Wild.
Rough Terrain performed this song many, many times.
It was also a part of the set of the first incarnation of The Ug Brothers.
This was the first demo to feature the Boss 220A drum machine, instead of the DR55 Dr Rhythm.
It required a much greater time investment in terms of programming.
He also had to add a few judicious extra beats to make some of the flams and fills.
These had to be added live to the drum machine track as it was being recorded.

We support all independent musicians who are doing something we find interesting. Our team members all have formal music education qualifications.

We are against corporate brainwash muzak, their puppet friends in the mass media, and many other corporate activities. We will fight their desecration of music until either it stops or we die. 

We believe in helping others in the face of corrupt laws and a broken system. We are pro democracy, green energy and free speech.

We're politically liberal. We cannot support the republicans, maga or gun violence in the usa. We don't see there's any real difference, other than in name, between the christian far right in the USA and the taliban in Afghanistan.

In the uk we are broadly pro LibDem/Green/Labour/SNP. We are VERY anti-tory, bnp, ukip, and any of their friends and associates. We have no trust at all in the uk right wing press monopoly and the bbc. Beware the bbc and its claims of neutrality. It is the propaganda mouthpiece of the tory party. It even charges a propaganda tax called the licence fee. But we like Test Match Special and Radio 6, so does that make us hypocrites...? Hmm.

We support independence for Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Cornwall. We support the individual and the underdog. We are anti-putin and his war, and pro-Ukraine.
