Temple Of Lions is Sébastien Léger's new label. Taking its inspiration from an enlightening trip to Bali, the label will feature parts of Sébastien’s musical palette that have been waiting in the wings for the scene to move forward and develop in a more relaxed, open-minded way. Temple Of Lions is about tracks you would play on the beach, or in intimate, underground clubs.

As his DJ sets have become longer (3-4hrs being the norm these days), there has also come more room for more stylistic experimentation and groovier, deeper starting points. These releases will be a signature part of Sébastien Léger’s future musical direction, as he moves forward into his third exciting decade in the scene.

Remember when you were just children, trying to build something out of a pile of Lego bricks, and how there was always one annoying brick missing? So often we get the same feeling coming across big compilations: the attempt to remain faithful to a genre or to a label's flavour sets unnecessary borders to a world that should remain borderless. Remember Ibiza and Festival Season last year? Everywhere you went you heard that remix – his remix of Gregory Porter. Claptone's Golden Summer Tour runs from his first date at the opening of Amnesia in May through to his last date at the legendary Ibiza super-club in September and takes in a staggering 66 dates in 20 countries with more to be announced! 

2016 is the Golden Summer of Claptone and his agenda this season is to help fans create memories that'll last forever:

'We have all had summers where the stars align; we're with our best friends, enjoying beautiful weather, listening to our favourite music and falling in love. If you didn't know yet: as much as I like the dark of a club night, I feel drawn to the gold of a festival site or a beach party. And I'm not greedy, I'm gonna share my golden summer with you.' says Claptone himself.

The incredible tour schedule includes performances at Amnesia, Space, Pacha, Glastonbury, We Are FSTVL, Big Festival, Mysteryland, Spring Awakening, Parookaville, Brunch Electronik, Dreambeach Festival in countries as varied as Japan, China, Canada, USA and across Europe too. And there'll be a soundtrack to this tour: Claptone will be releasing remixes of his single 'Heartbeat feat. Nathan Nicholson' (from Technasia and Mat.Joe) on 6th June plus Claptone remixes of New Order and Peter, Bjorn & John with some surprises no doubt too… 

Throughout the summer, Claptone and his partners will be holding competitions to win VIP and masked merchandise from his brand new store. You can also soundtrack the summer with his weekly Clapcast radio show that is broadcast on 40+ stations worldwide and has been downloaded 4 million times from iTunes so far.
