London based DJ and producer Jimmy Hickmott aka Polar Bears Can Dance has amassed over 2 million plays online with his mixes, remixes and original tracks, as well as a number of impressive festival appearances under his belt, including Secret Garden Party, Shambala, Beat-Herder and is a regular mainstay year on year providing the soundtrack to hundreds of thousands of revellers at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland.

Making a name for himself playing Funk, Soul, Disco, and Afro plus everything in between, the DJ and producer’s eclectic approach has earned him critical validation from iDJ Magazine, Tatler and fellow DJs Greg Wilson, Shaka Loves You, Mr Switch, Dope Ammo and Mr Benn.

With a career spanning almost 2 decades, beginning at Student Unions and taking a bag of records to every student party going, he broke through by winning the Vestax National Student DJ of the year award in 2004. Since then he has developed his turntablism skills whilst maintaining spot on selections and always keeping the party rolling. Playing sets all over the UK, including securing residencies and gigs in some of London’s hottest night spots. 

A big fan of open format, through the decades, eclectic party sets - quick fire mixing The Cure with Beyonce into Justice, Blur then back to David Bowie mixed with Disclosure - finding a thread and weaving it together without making it feel disjointed. Jimmy really understands how to read the room, work the crowd and feel the vibe.

Ever evolving to move with the times, Jimmy is now incorporating live visuals whilst maintaining the essence of old school DJing, using vinyl decks and turntablism trickery, earning himself the reputation as provider of “awesome sounds and fun party vibes” - British Vogue.

Hi I'm Dan Nicholas, I've been a DJ for 16 years playing most genre's at some point in my career. Over the past ten years I have been playing Soul, Funk, Hip Hop, Disco and Breaks in various venues in Cardiff, Wales. At the ripe old age of 30 I decided to go back to University and study Music Technology. I'm in my first year of study at The Atrium, part of the University of Glamorgan. I've been making tunes for 4 months and 'Sleepwalker' is my first tune. 

Joe Blow is a veteran DJ Producer & Emcee of the South Wales underground with an involvement in the Music industry that spans over 3 decades.
