Cannot believe the series is a single mix off hitting #50! Ones continues the series for number #49 with a lush mix reminiscent of summer days.

I discovered Ones through his Hope Street Radio show "Casual Dance", when I was working there earlier this year - the beginning of my shift soundtracked by his lovely and diverse selections, spanning between genres such as dub and minimal in a seamless fashion.

Born in Indonesia, Ones began DJing in 2007, and has been involved in a range of DIY parties across the country. He is a member of ENERGYROOM, an underground party crew that has been active since 2004. He also founded Happy Swinging and 480Minutes, both iconic outdoor dance parties based in Yogyakarta. In more recent years,  he has toured the Philippines and South Korea.

Now Naarm/ Melbourne based, Ones continues to push what he loves in music through his Casual Dance show, and as the Music Director of online radio show Paddy Grooves ( www.paddygrooves.radio ). His latest work is a documentary exploring the evolution of the dance music scene in Yogyakarta –Katalis Kota ‘Yogyakarta.’ I hope you all enjoy this lovely mix as much as I did.
