During these podcasts, we will pick the brain of employers in an attempt to discover the do's and dont's of interviewing, resume tips and how to increase your chances of getting a career in your chosen field.  The purpose of these podcasts are to get the head of the "interviewer" and discover relevant information that is critical to succeeding in your job search process. 

Secrets of the Hire will also include a learning center, the learning center is built to take you from "Job Search to Job Offer".  This will be done through simulation training of everything from constructing your resume to starting your first day at your new career.
