NX1 came into the international techno scene end of 2011 with the release of their first record NX1 - 01 on their own label, which in turn received immediate support by heavy weights of the genre.

Since then, the NX1 project has not stopped growing and evolving with dozens of records behind them as NX1 continues to produce a wide range of material. Moreover, multiple collaboration with and contribution to the respective projects from artists like Terence Fixmer, Oscar Mulero, Svreca and Bas Mooy inevitably led them to gain recognition from the international press and catapulted them into a series of performances in clubs and events all over the world that allowed them to highlight their capabilities as producers and their ability on stage. 

Their live sessions are known for a wide variety of styles in techno that's essentially rhythmic and raw. In 2017 they started Nexe Records as their main label in addition to NX1 label with which they started the project and that they keep up to date by editing only their own material.
