After many years djing psytrance music I felt the need of change and expanding my skills to other styles, inspired by all the beautiful alternative stages of our psychedelic world.

This first experiment is a medley from all the new quality psytechno music I found inside our scene, with a bit of my childhood techno influences. I am working on another more melodic techno set I'll upload soon!

The Universal Tribe Records series kicks off with INVERTED WORLD featuring this fresh, "Expressions" Live Set with a wide range of his releases, from older tracks to the most recent releases, recorded especially for this Universal Tribe series on radiOzora. Lucas Magalhães is the Brazilian behind the Inverted World project. A native of Minas Gerais and a lover of psychedelic music, he presents in his productions a deep and introspective musical education, bringing to his sound influences from different musical genres, combined with percussion, tribal elements and organic atmospheres, which refer to the power of nature and the jungle, bringing a peculiar style that moves masterfully between Bush Prog and Dark Prog, with strong Zenonesque characteristics. This is a showcase mix of STEVE OOOD’s psytrance productions under various guises and collaborations. Steve is a founder member of the band OOOD (Iboga Records, Phantasm Records, J00f etc.). He has two solo projects at the moment- 'Banyan' ( Up Records & Phantasm Records) and 'Steve OOOD' (Phantasm Records). He is one half of 'The Weavers' with Cylon (Phantasm Records) and one half of 'Banyatti' with Psydwards ( Sofa Beats & Phantasm Techno). He has co-written/produced some of Psytrance / Goa Trance classic tracks back in the 1990's, as part of 'Rotatum' (Matsuri Records) 'Unconscious Collective' (Flying Rhino Records) and 'Pharmarama' (Wider Recordings) and has contributed to many more. He has always had a mission to create dance floor ecstasy by producing truly trance inducing music that is aimed solely at uplifting the spirit and inspiring compassionate consciousness.
