With grief you’re pushed into a black hole/vacuum and it’s almost as if this mix is helping to pour light into that space. 
This mix speaks to my grief, lack of peace and lack of grace I find hard to give to myself. 

Sometimes grief leaves us speechless. I guess the deeper the trauma the more vast that indescribable black hole is. It’s a gentle reminder and loving reminder that that space needs to be filled with grace, love, healing and higher vibrations of light and love. To remind me I’m not here to wallow but use grief to ascend. Easing the anxiety, shame, guilt, anger that has been shoved to a space to carry on with life. It’s almost as if it’s asking me energetically why I’ve pushed it to the side and welcoming it to be held. Reminding me that our ancestors are sometimes the only ones proud of us breaking generational curses. sometimes let it be and sit with those who care even if they are not here physically. ✨❤️
